To be fair, your bmi is 28,7, almost obese. A muscular, low body fat man is not supposed to be near that unless roiding. In fact, 29 is right around the ballpark of mister Olympia, who tend to have 29-31 BMIs.
So sure, you're not a hamplanet, but you're probably carrying a reasonably high amount of fat. Random ass calculators on the internet give an estimated bodyfat of around 24,5%, almost obese too. It's probably high balling due to your muscles, but it's still likely high.
To put it shortly, first guy was wrong about 170 lbs, but you and the 5'11'' 210 lbs anon are likely quite high in bodyfat, given males are supposed to hover around 15%. So the point about that weight being excessive if you're not extremely muscular is not far from the truth.
