60kg is about 135
That's a lot of extra weight
I've only done 90lbsx3 for chin ups
I think you can cheat ROM and get more muscles involved with pullups
Can't do 60kg yet but I can do 50kg added with pullups and 55kg added for chins. Chins are always easier cause you have extra power from your arms, especially your biceps. Lets you put on a few extra kilos of weight. I know my form isn't perfect in webm related but this is just for fun. I try for the second rep but I miss it. ran out of juice
its over bros. i wanted to go to competition but they put chins and pull ups in the same bucket and count it as the same lift. chins are easier and i cant do them theres no way im gonna win with pull
I find pull-ups are easier for 1 reps. I can do 50lbs pullup and 1pl8 chin up. Weighted chins and chins in general are excellent for bicep development

the state of IST these days...does anyone even lift here anymore or is just people shitposting
They are just intimidated, this guy definitely mogs all the DYELs and overweight/obese users, success breeds envy
lmao terrible, and op actually asked for someone with decent pull up strength
You actually lift in your cuckshed like that?
yikes....
lol that ain't 50kg. you're lying. maybe 20kg maximum
It is 50 kilos. If I remember rightly, I used four 10 kilo plates, and two 5 kilo plates.
Great pullups. Those kicks are barely giving you anything so just control your feet to get perfect strict pullups (if you wish too)
Don't need to kick your legs and this looks unsafe for the support beams honestly, could break something.
chinups are easier, arguably a better exercise as well as it engages more of the muscles in your back
t.rare fatass 260lb bw + 40lbs for 5 reps
>anon posts lift
>gets absolutely demolished
kek
Oh great anothet thinly veiled racist thread
Chin ups are easier. My 1rm on them is 60kg while on pull ups it is about 50kg (i dont remember)
its over bros. i wanted to go to competition but they put chins and pull ups in the same bucket and count it as the same lift. chins are easier and i cant do them theres no way im gonna win with pull
If you are not roiding, you should be doing it just for fun, because I guarantee there will be roiders.
may, i probably wont get 1st place since they do 90kg and more but i think i can get in top 3 with my 1rm which is81kg
Look it up.
This copypasta always gets me. And if you don't believe me, look it up!
My wrists hurt a bit when I its pull-up day. Pain is mild but doesn't get away after a rest day. What should I do? Rest more or do some isometrics?
