I just use a towel. I can't be bothered to consoom another product.
that's not enough depending on the floor you dunce and they can also create some humidity issues
Fold two towels on top of each other then
>humidity issues
??? You're not using wet towels dumbass. How is putting a towel on the floor going to create "humidity issues"?
I used a yoga mat for years, fold it a couple of times and you're good, my floor was particularly soft and they left no marks
Sounds like a problem for your landlord, I wouldn't worry about it.
GUYS WHAT PRODUCT DO I CONSOOOOOOM!?
A fricking towel.
Put them on your bed.
marry your landlord and put them on her
Just be real careful.
You can buy those foam puzzle squares for like nothing.
i got this old german sleeping pad for 5€. also good for camping, it folds roughly to same size as a laptop.
Get these for general protection.
And a set of these for deadlifts.
I bougt a pair of felt placemat for less than a buck, then folded to half, secured with sptaples.
buy good quality rubber mats, at least 15mm, optimally 30mm, thick. they're pretty expensive, so try to look for deals. don't buy eva mats, unless it's for the calisthenics area, they're great for regular floor protection, but not suitable for weights, not enough protection and they deform under heavy load. don't fall for the horse stall mats meme either. they're not suitable for a living area, they stink like hell and i'm pretty sure are actually toxic in a small enclosed space
>rubber mats, at least 15mm, optimally 30mm, thick
to clarify, 30mm is optimal if you want to drop weights, but you won't be doing that in an apartment anyway, so even 10mm is fine for floor protection alone
what's the it? mine are always scattered all over the floor, thought it was harmless
