I know the pepe isnt reflecting the nature of my post but i thought it was in the spirit of halloween and shit
Kek. Same here.
>impingement on the right side of my chest from too much horizontal pushing
>drop it and shift to incline+vertical
>develop bicep tendon pain in my right arm where it connects to the shoulder
>dial in form and modify exercise selection to mitigate the problem
>now getting pain along the back of my rotator cuff and in my trap when I pack my left shoulder
We cant catch a break anon. Its crazy
>I had torn labrum, do pt
>get better
>chest strain on other side
>get better
>weird wrist thing, better take a break and ice my wrist
. Its okay though i believe in us and we are gonna make it bro. Ill fricking wheel chair myself to workout if it comes to that.

I'm honestly thinking of dropping all upper body barbell movements and just doing calisthenics + DB for it instead.
I feel that to be honest anon. Its probably safer. Push ups and db bench are pretty good. Also machines are pretty clutch. All controlled movements . Im all calisthenics isometrics bands and machines now.
Homegym so no machines for me, but I get what you mean. I was calisthenics only for 2+ years and had WAY fewer injuries. And that was with working on oly rings four days a week.
oh nice anon. rings are pretty cool. how long you been doing the rings??
for me, it's shoulder pain for several months with no end in sight
Shoulder pain is crazy too. It can be like five to ten different things.
apparently mine is tendonitis in the rotator cuff, shit sucks
Ahh did they give you some pt exercises?? I got a torn labrum and kinda "have to live with the pain" unless i want a surgery. Is that kinda the scenario for you??
Went to see a physio because the GP's were useless, got prescribed some exercises yeah, but I don't know if they're doing a lot. They told me to do lat pulldowns, rows, and some certain movements with my arm from various angles etc. + some stretches
Yeah thats what they did for me to some rows and shit. Lol. Sometimes lat pull downs. Does it feel like its helping?? I mean i know its slow going sometimes
Not really to be honest, some days are better than others though. Does your shoulder click?
Sometimes but not as much as it did and it doesnt hurt like it did when it does click. Like six months ago if it clicked. The arm was done for the rest of the day. Why does your arm and shoulder click a little??
Mine clicks almost every time my arm goes above shoulder level and then again on the way down, not usually painful but I bet it has something to do with my issue.
Ahh damn but you still got range of motion? Damn hopefully it goes away anon. That clicking is so annoying cause its like you know its not good but it still happened anyways.
your form is probably shit, lifting too heavy too soon or both.
Bro it was ironically from picking up a pot of potatos with one hand. Not even lifting heavy. Lmao
I picked it up like palm up. Idk why i did that. It was a few days ago. Its very annoying
your form was shit, like I said.
True true
comfy post thanks anon
No problem anon
