          Oatmilk is entirely dependent upon brand.
          My brand of choice was Malk, but Oatly is just as good for about half the price.
          The problem is the "kind", in oatly's case.
          The standard is oats, water, rapeseed oil, and [other] i don't care to remember.
          However Oatly has a "fat free" version that is just oats, water, and blah blah (where blah blah is vitamin stuff). They also have a "simple" version that's just oats, water, and citrus peel. Either of those would be fine.
          But most other brands include some kind of seed oil. Just read the ingredients list (you should be doing this for everything you buy)

    Water. I only use protein powder when doing a protein sparing modified fast + OMAD. I use isopure, depending on the flavor you get the only macro in it is protein. Makes maintaining a fast a breeze. Slam down 100g of protein 30 minutes before bed so it's damn near guaranteed nearly all of it goes toward recovery.
