Well this exercise fricked my left shoulder good and proper. Not sure what went wrong but I had pain in my shoulder every time I did this exercise, ignored it for a few weeks and completely failed on my first rep the other day because of the pain.
Can only do Arnold DB presses for shoulders now.

I don't have the energy to go into a lot of detail so the general gist of it is this: Yes we were in an open relationship, no that doesn't mean you can't cheat on someone when you're in an open relationship. If you are having sex regularly with someone and never mention it until they get you pregnant, that is definitely a betrayal of trust even if you've both agreed that she can have as many partners as she feels she needs to be comfortable.

        Nerves generally follow the path of arteries, if you can feel a pulse, you are likely near a nerve as well.

        If significant impingement is present and bloodflow is significantly restricted for a period of time, a blood clot can form.

    You are a dumbfrick and need to revoke your gym membership and only practice dive bombers + push ups to recover your shoulder from this self-caused injury. Maybe make some solid gains and lose a few pounds in the progress.

      DB OHP will put your shoulders into a compromised position, allowing for impingement to happen.

      Full range of motion for any ball and socket joint is extremely dangerous unless you've had extensive X rays and examinations done on both your hips and your shoulders, and you shouldn't do full ROM exercise, which includes full ROM squats, until you get your bones and joints checked out for impingements and labral tears.

      Failure to adhere to this will result in severe pain and instability in the joint, athritis, or a very risky surgery that puts your brachial plexus in regards to your shoulder and your femoral nerve / sciatic nerve in regards to your hip, at risk of injury. Recovery is about 3 months for shoulder, 6-8 months for hip, all because you pushed ROM.

      The exercises aren't really to blame, it's the people that advocate for them that are, people that do not have the medical knowledge to know just how bad things can go if there's an undiagnosed underlying issue

    Try lifting with your lower back in twisting, jerky motions more. That spontaneous moment will strengthen muscle fibers you never knew you had.

    OHP is 100% unnecessary for anyone to be doing. All it does is add lots of wear and tear to shoulders and will possibly lead to injury. Lesson learned OP

    The only reason people do standing barbell OHP is because they like watching themselves in the mirror when they do it. Expensive price to pay for narcissistic homosexualry.

    I messed up my shoulders when i was a lad and that kept me out of the gym for a decade. Always be extremely careful with shoulders. The joints may as well be made of glass. You can get huge shoulders without doing moronic things like OP did.
