      You can lower your blood sugar even if you're not diabetic. That'll cause the shakes.

      i spent most of my teenage years not even having breakfast, so like 12-15h with no food everyday, you'll be fine fatso

      Then why am I shaking? I had a coffee but that was hours ago. Didn't start shaking until I was hungry and ate my first bite of chicken and rice. It's calming down now that I've finished

            eat a small handful of nuts and chug some ice water. Gives your body something to digest without raising your blood sugar too much. The ice water calms your stomach down. Once your body gets used to it the shakes and irritability will stop.

            Eat more fat, less carbs. Slowly work your way up to longer fasts, it will get easier.

        He's wrong, your body isn't unable to fast that long, it's just not used to it. If you'd kept fasting, you would have felt like shit but you'd be fine.

    OP here My problem was i normally eat at 9am to break my fast. I didn't eat until 12pm, which is more like 18hours fasting. Definitely a first for my body and now I can't stop feeling so out of synch

    Wtf i had the same problem but when attempting fasts longer than a day

    OP here I dont think this is low blood sugar any more. I have chills and I've been shaking all day. Had nasty diarrhea as well. Wtf Is wrong with me
