I liked Zyzz for his wacky persona, but it's ubercringe to put him as a masculinity icon, he was just a party addict who lifted while on roids. Nothing more

        >a role model
You zoomers are so mentally ill that you can't fathom being inspired/motivated by someone without seeing him as a flawless God like being at the same time.
Your only role model should be your father, but I guess since most of your generation has an absent/no father it makes sense that you constantly seek your imaginary role models elsewhere. It's pretty sad honestly.

I literally just explained to you that you don't have to see someone as your idol/role model in order to be inspired by someone's work, but your zoomer brain still can't comprehend it and still thinks that someone has to be your ultimate idol in order to get anything positive from said person. Just sad.

When someone motivates you to start swimming for example, does that person also have to be a flawless role model God you worship? Does that person also have to be the replacement father you seek? Don't you see how beyond fricked mentally this way of thinking is?

                >does that person also have to be a flawless role model God you worship?
Your analogy is moronic and doesn't work though. Don't worry, I'll explain.
If someone motivates you to start swimming, you probably look up to him specifically FOR his swimming ability.
All the stuff that you brush off Zyzz as "not being flawless" is specifically the stuff people idolize about him: the roids, the drugs, the being an ex-incel/geek/gamer, the "degeneracy" (as much as I hate to use that word since tradcucks have run it into the ground). It's not about lifting and I don't believe you people for a minute when you say that's all it was. You could've picked any number of people to get inspired to lift by, and a lot of them looked a lot more impressive to boot.
This is about non-lifting dweebs who wanted to get laid latching onto Zyzz as a daddy figure because they had no role models in their lives. Hell we even have people who changed their taste in music just to match what Zyzz liked. It's not about "lifting" at that point so you can stop pretending it is.

I was a scrawny kid posting on IST. Saw zyzz posts on other boards, learned about zyzz and then started lifting weights. Never enjoyed hardstyle, never went to a rave, never considered roids and never will. And I will always be grateful that zyzz existed, because I started lifting weights because of him. My only role model is my father and will be till the day I day.

The fact that you're so mad proves my point that you are indeed worshipping zyzz, and even if you're not (which is highly unlikely), your standards for what constitutes an inspirational figure are painfully low, which was the point of my post to begin with.
But I shouldn't expect such a complete frickwit to understand - you couldn't even pick up on the trollish nature of my posts.

This wasnt an example of 'reject modernity embrace tradition'. It was just fat losers thinking they were manly while still acting like little children.
There used to be a pub I'd go to for lunch during work every now and then (cheap and good steaks) and the amount of fricking numale millennial homosexuals with groomed beards larping as irish men drinking boutique beers was fricking cringe.
