It used to be everyone had their clothes tailored and so even if you could afford the disease of affluence that is being a fat you likely would be a Benjamin Franklin type where you can just tailor your clothes to look fine on you.

Was it? It's near universal for cultures to in some way value the practicality of short hair.

        ancient Greeks had excellent mullets
Vikings had long, well kempt hair
Japan had China both had top knots and braids
hell even samson was known for his long hair
it's a more recent thing with the decline of the wig and hat

that's nothing, those hideous powdered wigs took over european fashion for a century just because the king of france was insecure about his hair

Not really. Short hair in men is a reflection of our martial culture. Can't have long hair in the army.

My issue as well. Waist fits a medium to small, shoulders & arms fit a medium to large and then large is too long for my height. Can't buy anything online anymore.

Dyels maybe. Big forearms, neck, chest, and shoulders are essential for looking fit in clothes. Neck and shoulders being the most noticeable when clothed

I just wear t-shirts and jeans with the shirt tucked in, it's fine.
