less caffeine to increase sleep quality (works)
don't sleep with phone under/beside pillow/on night table as it decreases deep sleep (try it your self you will be amazed at the difference in sleep quality keeping the phone 3-4 meter away from you not in the same room vs close to your head)
    Reduce daily screen time (huge)
Go outside and get more daylight and look in to the distance (crucial)

Source? Source? Source? Do you have a source on that?

      Source?

      A source. I need a source.

Sorry, I mean I need a source that explicitly states your argument. This is just tangential to the discussion.

No, you can't make inferences and observations from the sources you've gathered. Any additional comments from you MUST be a subset of the information from the sources you've gathered.

You can't make normative statements from empirical evidence.

Do you have a degree in that field?

A college degree? In that field?

      Then your arguments are invalid.

No, it doesn't matter how close those data points are correlated. Correlation does not equal causation.

      Correlation does not equal causation.

      CORRELATION. DOES. NOT. EQUAL. CAUSATION.

You still haven't provided me a valid source yet.

      Nope, still haven't.

I just looked through all 308 pages of your user history, figures I'm debating a glormpf supporter. A moron.

He had a friend who always said "after the war, we're going to go back to your house and eat a big bowl of pasta." Then, one day when clearing out a farm house a nazi jumped out of a celler and started shooting. He and his friend both drew their guns and opened fire, killing the nazi, but when he looked over he saw that his friend was hit. His friend's dying words were "I guess we're not having that bowl of pasta."

    Eye exercises.

All of them are performed in good posture and without moving your head (but it's ok to move eyebrows, etc). If you wear glasses, you take them off before you do it and its best done without anything distracting in front of you, like an empty wall or an open space. After each exercise, take a rest and close your eyes until you feel comfortable to do the next one.

    1. Look all the way up as if you were looking to your own forehead and hold it for 10 seconds. We are most often looking down to our phones and computers, this exercises counters it and can be done whenever you're tired of looking at screens.

    2. Look all the way left and slowly scan your eyes towards the right and then come back. The trick is to go slowly, your eye naturally jumps from point to point, but imagine you're looking at a boat moving at the horizon line.

    3. Put your right index finger right below your right eye and try to look at it with both eyes (even if the other eye can't see it). Now gently tap your finger repeatedly and move it around in a circle right next to the eye and look at it the entire time, do it slowly. When you get near the nose, you'll be crossed eye, it's ok. You'll feel your eye overcompensating, either ahead or behind the finger, but keep adjusting so you are looking at the tip. Do just one turn, then use your left index finger on your left eye and repeat.

These are great, I learned them from an amazing teacher I had. Do it once a day, but it doesn't help to do it twice or go too hard with it, your eyes are sensible. You may feel strained at first, it's normal, we don't usually work that area, but after you're done, you'll feel relieved. It's good to counter eye bags, lazy eyes, fast anxious eye movements, etc. Your eyes will sit more comfortably in their sockets.

Another tip is to look at the farthest object in your field of vision, preferably something outside and try to focus on it for a few seconds, this is great when you feel your eyes are tired.

      anyone back this up

        Anonymous

Anon who posted it here. I'm not sure where these exercises comes from but they work for me. I had a colleague who was a model and he would do them before photoshoots so that his eyes could look a little sharper and less droopy. I learned at a course on body control, we did full body stretching exercises, voice exercises, walking and posture exercises and these eye exercises. Take it with a grain a salt if you want, I just thought I'd share.

About the tapping on 3, the tip of your finger should be very close to your eyes, practically touching your eyelashes, so this exercise is more stressful. Instead of just moving the finger around, you tap your finger just slightly while you do the circular movement, just a little jerk so that it is not still. This small movement help your eyes focus their attention on it, that's all there is to it.

            It's a sensible concern lol

At the beggining we would do a full body stretching routine that was different from most stretching I've done, we would do 8 slow swirls with each foot, then knees, thighs, hips, chest, shoulders, arms, hands, each of the fingers, neck and then mouth, tongue, voice and eyes. I can't describe the correct way to do each of them, too complicated to explain without being able to show them.

The tongue exercises were unusual though.
With your mouth closed, you put your tongue on your upper front teeth, touching your gums and push the teeth inwards with your tongue, you keep the pressure and go through all of the teeth like that. We would also stretch the tongue to touch our noses and chin, yeah we all looked ridiculous doing it. Good before public speaking (or eating pussy, this tip is on me).

Niacinimide and caffeine eye cream is good for any discoloration. Niacinimide with a retinol routine will tighten the skin around the eyes and reduce inflammation to take away the dark areas.

CeraVe sells a small eye cream at a very reasonable price. My dermatologist told me to keep mine in the refrigerator as it will act as more of an astringent when cold.
