l citrulline malate. Its the first time besides caffeine ive felt the advertised effects of a supplement. It promotes bloodflow and gives a better pump.
It works so well i take it 20 minutes before seeing an escort.
L-Tyrosine - bottled motivation and focus with some crash if your using it wrong
L-Citruline - based pumps but expanding blood vessels can feel dissociated for people with low blood pressure (me)
L-Theanine - removes anxious effects from coffee, smooths out the focus and length of effects for me, no crash
They all have their uses and this list is just personal preference but all the L supplements I have tried are pretty good
>both are only useful if you're anxious or have difficulties falling asleep
That's why I was taking them for a long time, and still no effects.
The only thing I noticed while taking melatonin (but can't be sure it was caused by it directly) I had more nightmares than ever before.
Of course, since then, I'm still anxious and have sleeping problems.
I'm also getting melatonin nightmares. I also get wild dreams from zinc and magnesium, I am better off not aking anything at all before bed if I want good sleep.
L-Theanine actually works really well for me when I have mild anxiety. All it does is take the edge off and make you a bit more calm but just enough to manage more stressful situations.
Probably not as much as you would hope for. I do use it when I don't feel like interacting with people and have to go attend a social gathering but like I said, it just makes you more relaxed, it won't make it more enjoyable or make you more talkative.

Wasted money.
Eat better and stop abusing stimulants
Useless shit. I've been taking this for a 6 months and didn't noticed any effect.
Same with melatonin.
both are only useful if you're anxious or have difficulties falling asleep. they're not drugs

Some relaxation and no coffee jitters
rubbish
Not much. More calm, less negative side effects from caffeine like jitters.

does it help for social anxiety?
Probably not as much as you would hope for. I do use it when I don't feel like interacting with people and have to go attend a social gathering but like I said, it just makes you more relaxed, it won't make it more enjoyable or make you more talkative.
Yes, it helps immensely, Copper supplementation also calms the nerves.
got a bag, not anecdotally noticed any effect, will try again though
dont usually have issues with anxiety or "coffee jitters"
Ritalin, coffee and theanine for studying
nothing
why not just drink black tea and get both caffeine and theanine in its natural form (and probably cheaper)?
