james hollingshead did a couple training vids during 2021 olympia prep. only good implementation of it I’ve seen. that dude is pretty ahead of the curve on combining nerd culture and bodybuilding actually

Pretty moronic. Working out for one month then going back to sitting in front of your computer to stream 14 hours a day is pointless. I wish everybody that’s ever created a twitch account was disemboweled

I-i just created one because my autistic friend (no joke) asked me if i could sub to his channel...dont disembowel me

I think the idea is that they continue lifting after the camp if they have the willpower

I don't need to be from the future to know the outcome of this.

I'd say that 1 or 2 continue working out. One of them already went home early lmao.

they have a post camp routine created by knut

I would bet everything I have that nobody keeps it up for more than a week. They’re all millionaires with no real responsibilities, if they couldn’t find time to workout before they aren’t going to now

Knut is a very unimpressive roidape bodybuilder.

This unless they develop a love/need for it

Surely if you blast and look like this (id be shocked if he wins any competitions) you should just quit for your health and longevity. It's literally not worth it.

garbage content for like a month. like half the streamers participating don't want to be there. i don't know who watches people like Miskif and his "crew" but they all come off as high ego morons. insufferable to watch honestly. shame Knut got pulled in

he's won multiple meets. he won the UK amateur Arnold D last year. actually delusional

My thoughts are that if every streamer on Earth were to die at this moment, the world would benefit immensely from it.

not a fan of these guys but if they're taking their training seriously and retaining good fitness knowledge its a big +++++ to all the loser fricks who sit in those chats all day

      >big +++++ to all the loser fricks who sit in those chats all day
so many people are started to train because their streamers are going to the gym so its super postive for those losers

Yeah, whatever causes idleness and fatness to become cringe to these fricking frogs, is okay by me tbh

fitness is 80% diet and 20% exercise so none of them are gonna make it, beginning with the roid troony

I think most will give up afterward because being healthy would be "offensive" and unappealing to their audiences/ or they'll realize they got their views and quit

They are trying to sabotage aspiring lifters.
Expect bad advise and mental ninjitsu that makes lifting look too dangerous to try.
Weak streamers are going to be mocked and humiliated to the point they'll never go in a gym again.

On top of this they will heavily market products.
Gonna see some big supplement shilling and subscription apps to record simple numbers.
Anyone who points this out will be banned.

Also it'll just be a bunch of lukewarm conversation.
Just basic circle jerk nonsense that fills empty air time with noise.

    >you've heard of backseat gaming, now introducing:
    >backseat lifting! thousands of dyel hunchbacks who only know the gay kind of "traps" telling you how to work out!
    >not enough for you? call now and we'll add in hundreds more skinnyfat gamers who think leg pressing 100lbs is impressive!

god damn man, why are so many of you so bitter ?
camp knut is blowing up on twitch and might help change lives of lots of youths who feel lost and too scared/insecure "to get out there"

touch grass and give yourself the chance to enjoy things

        >you eat vitamin gummies? You moron, you are going to choke on them and die
not saying that they are wrong for being jaded in today's world, but seeing the positive side of things once in a while wouldn't hurt
