    like all good exercises, fricking relies on perfect form foremost. what muscle you're loading the most work into depends on your current form, so you need to play to your advantages and load them on your best muscles, then superset and switch out the load onto a different group and continue the cardio. remember, volume training here is more important than intensity here, hypertrophy that b***h.

      a few months of vinyasa II flow and any intense calisthenics program coupled with more months of picking up heavy shit and putting it back down with hatha yoga then going back vinyasa II and calisthenics while being on a peak as frick diet
      unironically got it right
      certain positions require real stamina and isometric strength. if you cannot adjust your body you will never reach those positions. if you cannot hold that "pose" then you can't sustain the position for long. at the same time you need to be able to carry your partner to the bed or pick them back up and move them to the couch, etc. and they want to see your defined muscles.

      training for fricking is a lot like training for fighting
      1 part aesthetics 3 parts conditioning

      practice makes perfect, ask your partner for help.
