    well im 30 and still get ID'd at liquor stores when I shave and my coworkers just last month who didnt know how old I was got really disturbed/passive aggressive when they found out im 30 and not 21
    here are my tips
    >not bald, have long luscious hair
    >have been putting on moisturizer at least twice a day since high school
    >during the spring and summer or when outside put spf 30 sunscreen moisturizer, and a hat. if im working or walking outside for hours I will wear an arab like balaclava over my face on top of sunscreen
    >drink somewhat often but not as much as normies
    >never smoked cigarettes or weed
    >diet has been kind of trash my whole life tbh
    >also low bodyfat

    not balding, being low body fat and moisturizer/sunscreen are more essential

        Cause they're his age yet probably fat and balding. That and some coworkers tend to be aggressive towards people in better situations than them, unlike real friends.

      You are aging as any healthy adult should. Its just that everyone sucks when it comes to health so everyone around you are 10+ years ahead on aging

    get sun BUT do not burn. It actually keeps your skin younger if you do not burn. These means limited exposure taking time building up resistance.

    avoid the sun
    avoid hot water
    don't smoke/drink
    no processed foods or added sugar
    eat wild caught fatty fish & fruit only
    Ideally fruits that are shelled like bananas, citrus, melons, pineapple avocado (0 to low pesticides in flesh)
    be lean
    cardio/weights as much as possible
    be stressfree, find a way to enjoy life, low inflamation, low cortisol
    take hgh & trt (when you get to 35)
    swim or surf in the ocean when it's not so sunny out

    maybe grassfed animal products? but wouldn't frick with normal at all. We might be able to survive on dairy but I don't think it's optimal, I stopped eating it and my skins clearing up (white/irish).

    Get a good skincare routine -- cleanse, vitamin c, moisturize, spf in the morning, cleanse, protein serum, retinol at night. Aply to entire face AND NECK! You're only as young as the oldest visible part of you.

    Grow a beard. Protects the entire lower half of your face from aging even better than the above, and looks more dignified in old age than clean faces do. Everybody fricking loves santa and hates >Barry, 63

    Do not fall for meme diets. The only ones who are onto anything at all are the "red meat is bad for you" types -- it does indeed increase the risk of gastro-intestinal cancers in people with a family history of them. If you hate vegetables, learn how to cook indian and thai food -- those pajeets sure know how to make a tasty fricking vegetable.

    Minimize alcohol consumption; limit all serious drinking to wine. You'll at least give your liver enough water to deal with your mistakes that way.

    You want to do just enough cardio that you never, ever tire of walking. You should be able to walk 20+ miles in a day if necessary, and at least 5 miles uninterrupted and comfortably.
    A good proxy for this is the ability to run 3 miles in under 20 minutes. Cardio (Except swimming) should not be your main exercise modality, however, because it is bone-degenerating.

    Monitor your blood pressure. Hypertension ages your organs without affecting how you feel day to day, until you hit 70 and your kidneys, liver, spleen, etc. are fried.

    It is impossible to catch up on sleep. Therefore, every day you sleep poorly is a day you grew older at an elevated rate.

    And one every lifter will be bored by:
    Do mobility work. Keep your knees, hips, and shoulders healthy. Did you know that people over 70 who break a hip live, on average, only two more years?
