      tldr berries and oatmeal is a great choice, you can try adding cocoa powder and nuts if that's too boring. This might sound weird from an american diet perspective but I enjoy pita bread and cucumbers and hummus for breakfast

    because the latter one is usually completely fine as long as you don't exclusively eat grapes, dates or dried fruit in general

    my breakfast for the last 10y or so
    >150g oats
    >150g mixed red berries
    >1 banana
    >20g Almonds
    >20g Walnuts
    >20g Pinenuts
    >10g Chia
    >10g Flaxseed
    >spices (Cinnamon, Chili, Nutmeg, Vanilla)
    let the oats sit in liquid over night
    I just use water because I don't like milk

    usually I work out every morning
    so I already have a protein shake before

        about 1100kcal (roughly 1/3 of my daily calories)
        ~50g fat
        ~40g protein (+30g from the shake before)
        ~120g carbs
        ~30g fiber

        But it also has 50%-100% daily dose for most vitamins
        and A LOT of other micro nutrients (like 100% iron, zinc, coppery, magnesium etc.)

        oh I forgot cocoa
