You can target spots on your body where you want to lose fat. Almost all women seem to fall for this shit. Trying to get rid of their massive beer guts with crunches.

Lol that's one of the most moronic things. Who even came up with that?

        >see person with abs
        >ask them how they got it
        >show ab exercises
        >Okay, so if I do these I get ab exercises
        >this gets reaffirmed by people lying to these believers because they know that's what they wanna hear because crunches are easiee than dieting

        it's true though
you can't target spots but if you train a muscle it will carry subcutaneous fat better and with enough hypertrophy the muscle will show through the fat
        this includes abs

This, people who say spot reduction doesn’t work are stupid and only follow what YouTube guy says. All my fat is stored in my belly. I have nothing on my arms and chest. So if I dropped 5% bf right now most fat would disappear from my belly, that’s where youd see the biggest change as I go from having the upper abs visible to all of it with deeper looking abs aswell. My arms would still be veiny.

God i fricking despise these, i used to train in the biggest HMB club in my country (HMB is basically medieval combat, think jacked autistic dudes larping as templars and bashing each other in full armor. We actually finished second in a world championship, we lost to Russia, they ALWAYS win)

Pretty much 8/10 newcomers were lightweights and believed this shit.

Thankfully it's a quick lesson to learn, i remember the first time i matched up with a dude that had 40kg on me, couldnt fricking move the guy an inch and he could push me with one arm.

Veganism is alright. It's def not healthier, but it can work if you're not doing it for optimal results but you just feel shit for being a part of animal torture.

          This.

Veganism is SHIT. You can't get enough vitamins, minerals, protein, cholesterol, or saturated fat. The only good vegan foods are like fruits and certain vegetables but you can't survive on that. All the processed shit with seed oils that are super oxidized will put you in an early grave.

Every vegan I've met has been a doormat of a person. Not even middle of the road, utter cuck tier wants to offend noone runs from every debate/conflict kind of person. Idk if they're vegan because they're pussies or pussies because they're vegan.

          Regardless being vegan is gay.

cheat days are unironically good if you're not moronic and do them rarely and not to an obscene amount. it's just some people gotta have a +5000 surplus day every 5 days as a cheat from their -200 cut days

It does help though, temporarily. It's a powerful cope where many people will be fantasizing for ages about "making it".

    >Cheat meals are real
I dont know which fatty or dyel came up with this idiocy but cheat meals are only "real" when you already are unhealthy as shit. 1 bad meal isnt going to all of a sudden turn you into a fatty or a dyel. I honestly believe this is actually for dyel guys since women already use the myth about how women will get fat after eating literally anything

that what you do in the gym matters at all.
If youre doing a cookie cutter program that is built on compounds and some isolations, youre good.

I think the most common myth is that people who lift are moronic or something. Like if you have big muscles you’re immediately a big bumbling buffoon and it’s one of the most used copes for why skinny people and bloats don’t work out. “Im too intelligent to spend 4 hours a week exercising, I use that time to broaden my mind”

In reality that’s car enthusiasts, not racing and stuff. Just fat people who love their old piles of shit from the 90s

compound lifts are all you need to build an aesthetic physique and you don't need to train arms nor abs.

      >if I lift even a bit I'll get huge
      >despite the fact some people takes years and years to gain mass
women always fall for this meme

this is probably reasonable advice for ABSOLUTE beginners to get a reasonable grounding in the core movements, and is probably aimed at the noobs who go in and just use machines and do bicep curls with no results, but once you're out of novice level everyone benefits from a more varied routine

Not really a myth but i see a lot of guys pushing weight they aren’t actually using correctly. A lot of guys seem to be misunderstanding mind and muscle connections
