What are some good high protein vegetable dishes and sides?

I'm looking to sneak extra protein into my day without more dairy and meat. So far I'm putting hemp hearts on my salads, I have a bean stew I really like, and I sometimes make some red lentil wraps that get used for my taco nights as little soft tacos. Any of the above adds 20-30g of protein while getting in some veg and pair well with normal animal proteins. Anyone got some good high protein vegetable stuff? Carnischizos need not reply

    I like adding chickpeas to a lot of my food just 'cause. I buy them canned and then thoroughly rinse and then just add them to stir fries or pasta sauce or ground beef or whatever, really. Super versatile.

    Nope, that's pretty much it in your picture. Beans/nuts thread over.

    You can just blend any bean with egg or a similar emulsifer, and a dry base ingredient like bread crumbs, rice flour (just blend dry rice), oat flour and make patties out of it then shallow fry them like croquettes and have something pretty satisfying. Black bean burgers with guacamole are almost as good as real burgers.

      That's only like 1/2 a cup of lentils dry. You can use red lentils with some water, salt, and seasoning of choice to make a batter. I make like 8 taco shells on taco night with that little bit
