What are some good routines for my gf?

I don't really want her to become shredded and defined but more like a muscle mommy. Should she train chest or does it make boobs shrink?

      What about back? Quads and ass are very good, but a nice back, delts and a little bit of abs and arms would be good as well as long as she doesn't look like a man

    Just literally follow any basic training plan with a greater focus on lower body

    stealing this thread to ask;
    Routine for my girlfriend to do her first pushup?

    she is not fat. She is in fact skinny but she genuinely can't do a pushup. She can't even do a KNEE pushup. I don't understand how cause she seems normal strength-wise other than that.
    Any routine I can give her? She wants to do her first pushup.
    I was thinking planking + wall push ups. What else?

        and once she can do 12, lower the incline until she can do chair pushups, then after she can do 12 pushups at a chair height she should be able to do normal pushups

            at first have her do a set of as many reps as possible, if its over 12 wait 5 minutes then have her do another set like that but from further away.
            see at which point she genuinely struggles, without her being so far away from the wall that its basically a shoulder exercise
            if that does happen, prop a chair to a wall and have her do pushups on it by the same method.
            3/4 sets of 12 reps should do the trick

    My DYEL wife started lifting using a very simple program we found on Reddit.

    Day a

    Bent over row
    Squat
    Bench

    Day b

    OHP
    Chin-ups
    Deadlift

    Each exercise is 3 sets of 5 with the third set being an AMRAP. If she can do over 5 reps then she adds weight the next time she does the lift. Lifts around 3-4 days a week and alternates workouts each time.

    Only been consistent at this for about a month and already is making progress. Looks better (hotter) already.

      You could do what I did. I let my wife quit her job and made it pretty clear the only thing I wanted out of her was that she start lifting. Taking care of the house and kids was a given. To her credit she started lifting and has stuck with it.
