Oatmeal with kvarg. Eggs if you want but oatmeal is one of the best breakfasts, especilly with protein/fat. Some people make fried eggs with avocado on bread. Should be solid as long as other meals are in good relationship macro wise

The entire idea of breakfast is repugnant to me. The last thing I want to do when I get up is eat. Over a hundred years ago, people didn't eat "big breakfasts," and I'm convinced people have been conditioned to eat it by companies who sell breakfast foods.

Unironically this. Nothing is as defeating as breakfast, I don't derive any pleasure and any """energy""" from a breakfast. I legitimately don't understand people who NEED to eat first thing in the morning because they can't function otherwise.
Like what happens, do you literally collapse? Isn't that literally a sign of fricking diabetes? Holy shit, I'm not saying eat only 1 meal a day in the evening, I don't do that either, but frick man wait at least 4-6 hours before your first meal. Wake the frick up, do some work, do some shit, move a little, walk a little, carry some shit, use your brain a little. Achieve something, even a small thing, before you even start thinking about a meal.

Are you punishing yourself or something? A healthy breakfast is objectively good for your body, and no amount of jacked images and low budget asceticism will change that your opinion is moronic.

I feel like this a lot of days but I need to gain weight so I force myself to eat; it's much easier after morning cardio.

Overnight oats are the GOAT. Just chuck some shit in a tubberware and leave it in the fridge overnight before bed, and chow down in the morning.
