I just need to let autophagy do it’s thing while keeping a decent amount of bulk. I don’t know if I’ll ever look good lean but I can at least be big. I look much better than I used to, it’s just a waiting game over the years.
I don’t know if I lost it too quickly, or if it’s because I was obese for so long. I’m 25 now and I remember being fat ever since I was about 5 years old. I lost about 170lbs in just over a year from a combination of a keto diet, fasting, and exercise. I’ve since bounced from about 190lbs at my lowest to ~230lbs leaner than when I was at 230 on the way down.
