      i agree with the other anon unfortunately, its just not feasable to be really on point with muscle gain if you have such a small window to fit in 3000+ calories.

      Keeping up the metabolism is the main thing and there are lots of ways to do it.

          exactly that, I tried OMAD a while back and I put in a lot of effort for about a week and I was still struggling to get all the food in after not eating for the past 22 hours, although not having to think about food AT ALL for the whole day except for maybe 3 hours was very alleviating.

            It was the same for me, but the stomach stretches luckily. I prepare my meal that day, eat it and have the rest of the day free without worrying about any meal or getting hungry. I reckon it's a bad idea for a diet for previous fatties though.

              yeah honestly having one meal a day really makes you savour food more, but having to stuff yourself to the point of discomfort is not enjoyable

              avoid unnecessary stresses (some stresses like lifting, or working hard to save money and quit a bad job for a better one for example, are productive stresses that should yield back more happiness over time)
              have good people around you

    On my second year of college I was going out with this petite girl that looked just like Kirsten Dunst but redhead. She rejected me without ever telling me why and she turned cold out if nowhere.
