Curls
Getting good at curls is literally 10x more functional than getting a good bench or squat, idk why strength fans neglect them so hard if they don’t compete in powerlifting.
Curls, deadlift, rows, farmers carry and OHP are the most functional lifts
>Curls, deadlift, rows, farmers carry and OHP are the most functional lifts
conventional deadlift doesn't mechanically resemble any real-life movement. trap-bar deadlift, or even something like semi-sumo would be much closer. also, this severly lacks any unilateral or rotational movements
>your point is wrong because you said deadlift and actually deadlifts are more functional than deadlifts
bro I myself pull sumo, it’s all just versions of deadlifts. this is like if someone said “pullups are a good way to build a back” and you said they’re wrong because um actually chest to bar pullups are better
Vegans need to be killed and processed into onions green. I've never seen a dog that wasn't excited to eat, even that shitty kibble, this dog looks sad and malnourished like one of those china caged for meat dogs.
>carnivore
Dogs are omnivores. Cats are the ones that are full carnivores. Fricking anti-vegans failed elementary school. They're not fricking wolves lmao. I'm not defending feeding them a vegan diet but for frick sakes stop projecting your cult onto everything. You're not a lion.
interesting, so they don't have to care about the quality of poop and can eat whatever? does short digestive system also mean shorter time in the intestines meaning less effective at absorbing nutrients?
maybe i should read up on this
this is correct. it is well known that wild huskies in the alaskan tundra would sustain themselves on a diet of the naturally occurring digestive enzyme tablets that grow on bushes like berries. they would puree their harvest of sweet potatoes with their teeth and regurgitate it for a shared meal between the pack. jack london even wrote about it in his famous novel 'call of the wild' where the sled dog Buck leaves his handler and becomes the alpha of the forest with his bountiful rice paddies and soya bean fields.
Biceps are such a simple muscle group and there are only so many variations you can try toon the curl. Focus on volume, negatives are important and don't overload the weight when isolating them.
This shot is one of the most powerful cinematic moments I've ever seen. The actor was hand picked by God for this role. This is peak Soviet propaganda. The best there ever was or will be.
I give my borde collie little bits of salmon/walleye, hamburger, chicken but nothing gets her mouth watering and whimpering like pulling out a big slab of moose meat from the fridge. It's like they immediately know the difference between domesticated meat vs wild meat. I feel sorry for any vegan dog
Not really considered a strength movement, but weighted chin-ups definitely. If you can rep chin-ups with 20kg strapped to you I’d be surprised if you didn’t have decent biceps.

pick 1
somebody has never grappled in their life
>curls
You're 13. Do chin ups like an adult. Then do weighted chin ups like a man.
Chinups are useless in the real world lol
No. Whenever you pick something up that is not so heavy you need to use your legs you use your biceps. Curls are very functional

I didn't imply that your point is wrong, it was just an additional remark
God I hate vegans so much.
fricking veganoids i swear on me mum
agree

moronic
how do carnivores poop well without dietary fibre? do they all have short detached series of poops?
Carnivorous animals have extremely short digestive systems unlike humans

Its a different animal why do you think human digestion is the standard
i dont know dog biology im not a dog
Ok
Why arent you dog tho? No shame in that.
>unlike humans
Pardon?
Ok
have a nice day
Some wolves in the wild actually have diets of up to 50% plants. The maned wolf is an example of that
Its almost like nobody asked
i am a lion
my digestive system turns meat into gains

Do different types of curls.
Try basic ones and branch out after a month or two, then keep the ones you like.
Same energy

I would love to see the indignant and ignorant reply from the poster for that. Vegans are every bit as deluded as trannies and other leftists.

Dogs can easily be vegan. One of the longest living dogs of all time was a 25 year old Border collie which was vegan since birth.
Doyslop
i want to give that dog a juicy steak i feel bad frick vegans
