    Unironically nicotine
I was also at my most jacked when I was taking a very difficult graduate mathematics course for my PhD that required me to wrack my brain all the time on a daily basis for a few months. Cortisol was maxed but my bf was 14% and ffmi was 23.
I also notice when I force myself to be good on high fiber foods I tend to be learner. Oats, black beans, rice do the trick. When I was consistently eating all three of those a day I was at my leanest. If I had to pick one of those three to force myself to eat, I'd go black beans. Highest in fiber and magnesium.

thanks man, so high fibre foods.
I normally eat rice but heard that was unhealthy, still if it's high fibre it can't be that bad.

Hard and consistent exercise has a mitigating factor on lots of "unhealthy" foods that are only unhealthy in small ways. If you're consistently lifting heavy and recovering well you can afford to be "suboptimal" to an extent on diet. That's not to say you should just slam fast food all the time but you certainly shouldn't avoid something like rice just because you read on an autistic fitness forum that it was unhealthy. Also, it could have been other factors in my life that led to me being lean at that particular point in time, I'm just noting now I was eating a lot of fiber. Many surveys of primitive hunter-gatherer diets have shown that one of the biggest differences between their diet and most modern peoples' is that hunter-gatherers consumed way more fiber than the latter. They also consumed a lot more organ meat and other stuff, but I always found the fiber note to be interesting. The only interesting note on hunter-gatherers being that they are on a whole much more lean.

It's worth a try if nothing else. And of course no amount of diet is going to do anything without exercise.

Personally I can lose 10 pounds in a week by drinking tons of coffee ( with cream and sugar ) as meal replacements and staying up absurd hours while only eating 1 - 2 meals a day, although this isn't on purpose, and given the nature of coffee I assume a lot of it is water weight.

thanks man, so high fibre foods.
I normally eat rice but heard that was unhealthy, still if it's high fibre it can't be that bad.

That guy is a bad actor and trolling you. Oats beans and rice are the worst foods imaginable. Think about what a mexican eats, the fattest race in the world...

Ephedrine, caffeine, nicotine, and aspirin. Ephedrine will increase your TDEE a significant amount and the caffeine will very slightly. Caffeine and nicotine will reduce hunger while aspirin will deal with the headaches you get when doing a turbo cut

thanks, i'm assuming Ephedrine is a prescription only drug.
I'll try getting Ceffeine in more

More fruits and vegetables. Favor potatoes over other carb sources for both nutritional density and satiety. I've been eating a lot of soups and stews recently on my cut because it's so much volume for so few calories and I can load it up with veg and lean protein. You can also make treats at home like sugar free marshmallows to kill the sweet tooth for next to no calories. When you go out to most places salads with dressings on the side is a known option, but so is going for the very lean protein like grilles fish. For sides veg is always the obvious choice but mashed potatoes are also a good option. Usually only about 120kcal per serving making them 1/3 the calories of a plate of fries and 1/2 the calories of a baked potato. If you're in a position where you can't get low fat food, then get low carb instead. Cutting your calories down is the most important part and it's always easier to get a bunless burger than to scour a menu trying to find something that isn't 1000kcal without the sides included.

      alright thanks
so more potatoes, lean meats, vegs and fruits i assumed potatoes were bad though, as people said chips and fries were bad for you

Chips and fries are bad for you because the potatoes that go into making them get fricked by the frying process they go through. Regularly cooked potatoes are pretty good.

i didn't know, i thought maybe it was just extra oil that made it bad not that it ruins that potatoe nutrients.
          thanks

Chips and fries are bad for you because they're fried in oil that's 1) being kept at temperatures that causes slight oxidation for long periods of time, which essentially means that the longer the fryer is on the more spoiled the oil is, and 2) it adds a ton of calories from being submerged in fat. Potatoes by themselves are great for you and are surprisingly low calorie for what they are. An entire pound of potatoes only has roughly 360kcal, as well it has enough nutrient density that you could live on nothing but potatoes and milk indefinitely if you wanted to. It also has protein utilization on par with meat, eggs, and dairy products, unlike other carb sources.

i guess what i mean was the second line, ways of cementing in a mindset to eat less

Mindset wise you have to be able to maintain what you're doing for your diet forever. For me I need sweet and sour together in a daily diet plan or I'll fall off and have gummy bears and soda. I scratch that itch with citrus fruits every day. You can muscle through your diet for 3, 4, 6, maybe even 12 months if you're really dedicated, but if you don't work smart then you're doomed to be a part of the 94% diet failure rate. Low calorie meals that you like should be in the weekly rotation and they should become your new staples too. Don't force yourself to like something that you know you won't grow to like.

        >Ephedrine is a prescription only drug
You can get it OTC in most of the world. The United States does track it and only allows for a certain amount to be purchased OTC per month due to it being an ingredient in meth.

There’s no such thing as a (healthy) fast-track to weight loss. You’ll lose weight by trying out hideously aggressive meme diets, sure, but it’ll cause damage to you one way or another. It’s like when newbie lifters try too hard to lift heavy and hurt themselves. Think of it this way:
You’ve most likely been in an unhealthy diet and lifestyle for many years. You can’t undo years of self-neglect so quickly. These things take time, effort, dedication and most importantly, consistency. Take your time. There’s no need to rush.

potatoes as your primary carb. Mashed without too much butter. It's lets you feel really full while being fairly nutritious and isn't as calorie dense as any more refined carb source. It's probably the only way to hit the potassium RDA without fruit.

1 week fasting with only water and some coke if it's too hard to deal with low stamina (headache, no energy, ...). Of course, continue your training routine.
Everytime i do it, i lost 15 kg and i take back 5 after 1 month.

High nutrient foods like beans and lentils will make you feel fuller on less calories. Add some salt and spices though cause that shit is bland
POSAD(pound of spinach a day) will improve your stamina and reduce fatigue during workouts
Plain, low fat or fat free yogurt for highly protein dense, low-calorie intake
Fiber was mentioned but a side effect of healthy fiber intake is that your body won’t store 10lbs of poop and you will experience far less bloating, resulting in you looking thinner
picrel is a mixture of tomato paste, lentils, beans, and rice I make in bulk and eat over a period of 3-4 days. The total batch is about 2800 calories, but it’s filling enough to eat 5-7 meals.

Fatties were buying phentermine on the internet in the early 00s, it is probably illegal now. Buy cocaine in minecraft.

L-carnitine also supposedly helps to burn fat, it advertised as such. I bought it to have better workouts and somehow never took it.

Move. Go for long walks or runs. Your base metabolic rate plummets if you sit on your ass all day. You need to move. The more you do, the better.

No. So for me. I’m a psychopath. I’ve gotten addicted to the feeling of being hungry. When I hear my stomach then that means fat is being burned. I also edge myself but never cum. Going on 6 months of this and I feel like the joker or something I’m frickin losing it

Right down what you eat and log the calories. Replace the obvious bad stuff with chicken, fish, veggies and lower calorie beverages. Use an air fryer so little to no oil needed when cooking. Fatties don't even give this a try because they are afraid they are going to feel like they are starving if they give up french fries are soda.

Yeah, fast 48-96 hours at a time. After the first day or so you'll stop feeling hunger.
