What are some workouts I could do in the morning in the 20-30 time span? Im kind of a fat fuck as I can't do pushups or pullups. I just need shit to flatten my stomach.

    Go for a walk and drink enough coffee to kill your appetite. Also replace some of the shit food you eat (pizza, etc...) with greek yogurt or something with more protein. Even steaks. After a few months you'll drop enough weight to do more. Maybe add some basic stretching or isometrics / band exercises too just to get your muscles used to working together.

        low calorie food tends to be more expensive but you can look up protein ice cream i guess
        beans aren't SUPER high calorie and they're very cheap. so bean soups

          I drink those gallon water bottle jugs at work, I usually finish them twice in a normal shift, I stopped snacking at work a month ago, my problem is snacking at home since my mom buys a bunch of junk food and I drink energy drinks 4x a week. Sad truth is that I eat out of boredom because food brings me excitement and joy nothing else in my life can bring me. I live a boring life with no friends, a girlfriend and there is jack shit to do in my bum fuck midwest town. I can't move out and there isn't "clubs" since I go to community college. I just want to be fit and happy.

        fat free greek yogurt, eggs, chicken thighs / breasts, tuna, ground beef for protein. Coffee / carbonated water / green tea to kill appetite and up metabolism. You can put cinnamon in your coffee to accelerate. For snacks - diet soda, popcorn, protein icecream, Dark chocolate (good source of magnesium, fiber, and kills cravings maybe slowly increase percentage). Broccoli, mushrooms, aspargus, peppers, berries for simple carbs. Hot peppers increase metabolism and also kill appetite / cravings. For complex carbs, potatoes they're really filling and cheap. You can also do whole wheat sourdough. And rice is practically free in bulk. Careful with pasta - it's a lot of calories before you're full. On your complex carbs you can put sauces, mix in whey protein isolate when you make them it's cheap and low cal (5 cal per gram).

        If you rly have trouble keeping cravings under control, you can try zyns. Wouldn't recommend this as a first step for obvious reasons. But nicotine does wonders here and helps with fasting.

      You're a fat fuck because you eat like a bajillion times what you should. Cut that shit out. Worrying about a workout is silly. You could have the stamina of an olympic athlete, you're not going to lose weight working out for 30 minutes, as you currently shovel several thousand more calories a day than you need.
