Every morning. At first it sucks because you get crazy itchy but that stops after about a week. A must have supplement if you're doing any high rep sets
>zinc
eat red meat and/or oysters >magnesium
most foods have some but nuts/cacao/leafy greens have a lot >vitamin d
sure since it's impossible to get enough if you don't get a lot of sun where you live >creatine
sure since it's hard to get enough from food >fish oil
only if you're poor and can't eat fatty fish all the time
It will but not to the degree you are probably thinking. If you are doing serious training and you stop you will for sure notice; if you are just doing recreational fitness, you will not notice.
no way jose i even made the soup myself. i just dont know where to look online considering all the search engines just dont work anymore. oh well thanks anyway.
Can't you just eat eggs? 3 eggs by themselves hit your RDA for selenium, and obviously you'll be getting more selenium from other food as well so you'll be getting more than enough even if the RDA is a pussy dose
Brazill nuts have something like 1000% of your daily selenium per 50g serving, don't eat that many, you only need like 3 or 4 of them to hit your needs. Each one has close to 100mcg of selenium, a bunch of copper, zinc and magnesium as well.
Yeah but do you really need to eat any if you're alreading hitting 300%+ from your normal foods? Just seems redundant IMO
If you're doing it for copper/magnesium then that makes more sense since those are harder to max out
Not really IMO, just eat whole foods and you'll get plenty. Only exception would be if you're trying to do something specific with them (eg dreammaxxing shit with B6)
Single item foods. EG if it says something like >Ingredients: Beef
then it's probably good. Now you don't necessarily have to limit yourself to only foods like that, if they have like 3-4 ingredients instead of just one then they're probably fine (assuming you've made sure that there's no BS in it), but if you look at some bullshit candybar that has like 40 different ingredients I'd stay away
With regards to Protein Powder brands do not touch Ghost. I got a slightly dodgy flavour from there and it's horrible, good brands have no bad flavours.

Doesn't this kill your gains if you get off it? I have been advised by gymbros not to take it.
