They used to have babies long before they turned 30, thereby ensuring they'd be loved unconditionally forever.

Kinda makes the baby a condition though, doesn't it

This special was the worst 'comedy' show ever released. Even the crowd was barely laughing. Complete breakdown of psyche and devoid of comedy. (Wife divorced him and had to prove to court he was suitable for co-parenthood)
Hope he found his way back

I tried one of those decline crunch benches the other day and really liked it. I could feel it in abs, obliques, and hips, not sure how much it can be loaded with weights tho

Forcing yourself to vomit after every meal is a good workout for your abs.

You only need compound lifts. Deadlift, row, squat, ohp

Toes-to-bars, or if you can't do them, hanging leg raises.
Push ups are actually really good too and if you do chin ups or any kind of pull up tight and hollow with really strict form they are actually a pretty good ab/hip flexor exercise isometrically.

Those work the opposite muscle/erectors, not abs.

Uh, no. The core tenet of Christianity is that Christ only loves you if you live him back, otherwise he sends you get raped by Satan for eternity

Cardio and diet. Abs are made in the kitchen. You can do a 1000 crunches everyday but if you have a slab of fat in front of it no one will be able to see it. Workout to cut fat and elminate excess calories and put yourself in a deficit to get rid of your gut.

That would be if abs weren't muscles
Muscles need to be trained to grow
It's like saying when you get rid of fat you're gonna have big biceps
