Goy slop
Cook it yourself with better ingredients and there's nothing to worry about.
>Cook it yourself
100g of sugar is a lot
I get a weird feeling in my heart whenever i eat mcdonalds is that just me
Could be acid reflux.
Mcdonalds raises my BPM easily by 20-30 even while resting. Happened 7-8 months ago to me and I swore that shithole off forever
>leaves out the fact that the fat makes up 50% of the entire meal
cringe
>fat BAD
It's processed, so the nutrients in the food are not as easily absorbed in say, eating eggs and bacon.
>It's processed, so the nutrients in the food are not as easily absorbed in say, eating eggs and bacon.
>EAT THE SLOP GOY!
Frick you shill, Im gonna eat natural unprocessed foods, read Dostoyevsky (Garnett and MacDuff translations ONLY), lift, do cardio, avoid television, praise life and its creator, and spread love and support to those around me and there is NOTHING you can do to stop me you filthy fricking israelite
>fat is goyslop
Transfats are.
>there is NOTHING you can do
>goes to IST
you already lost by browsing this israelite infested board bro soon you will eat ze bugs
Imagine flexing what Translation you read because youre too cringe to speak a foreign language
Kys
>doesn't know russian
pseud
You have exceptionally long toes.
>Preferring Garnett to P&V
Might as well be reading Dickens at that point
Unironically not nearly as bad as people imagine.
Also, bulking is a meme
>micro plastics
>sneed oil
>factory chemicals
>you don't even know if it's real meat or a mixture of starch paste
>paying for less than what you could get for the same amount
Fast food is such a fricking scam holy shit
Is McDonalds coffee okay?
Canadagay here, I like McDonald's coffee better than Tims(most of my family does too actually) and most people I have met really like Tim's so it's not like it's shit coffee.
I’m a farmer and we sell a lot of our potato’s to McDonald’s, because they are such a large bull buyer they get first choice and the best potato’s we grow and they have a representative who comes down and accesses what they are buying. I don’t know if they do this with their meat products aswell but I’d assume so they are very strict
>100g carbs
There's your problem.
I tried mcdonald's breakfast once in my life (hash brown, muffin with a patty and eggs and a coffee) and I have to say, it's one of the vilest thing I ever eaten.
It felt like going to a mechanic and eating his recently-used oil rags.
it's a win for a bulk if you are working hard enough to justify eating it
Polyunsaturated fat, high sodium and lots of sugar
Shut the frick up none of those chemicals are going to kill you. What kills you in the end is your genetics, lack of exercise, and random ass cancer that had no correlation with your diet.
>30g protein
this. this is the con. you're going to fricking fall asleep after eating this.
this is the shit i don't understand about american "breakfast" food. most of this shit is fatty and fried and half of it is bread or processed carbs. how do you not spike your insulin so hard you go into a coma?
they do, which is why they have to crawl themselves to a Starbucks and order a super large double coffee in order to stay awake
As well as the food probably containing massive amounts of sugar and trans fats, take a look at this dude creating a big mac with every ingredient to understand how much bullshit goes into their food:
You turn into a 90s shw powerlifter, if you call that a con
>100g oats
>30g honey
>200ml whole milk
>1 scoop of whey
Roughly 700 calories. 45g protein, 100g carbs, 19g fat. Takes all of 5min to throw together and scarf down
>5000 mg of salt
I shiggy diggy
why not just make an ommelete at home??? only i've ever gotten fastfood was from extremely bad hangovers.
