I had one of those in my first appartment. Not that brand though. The bar was a shitty obscure weight (like 13kg or something) and if you loaded a 20kg plate on one side the bar tipped which made it a b***h to load. Also I don't think it went above like 80kg or something even with all the weights on. And it rusted pretty fast.
If none of that put you off then sure, only cost me like 2 months of gym membership so paid for itself pretty quick. You'll also need a pullup bar and a decent understanding of calisthencis so you have enough movements to make a full body workout.
Complaints from dyel neighbors which you'll promptly ignore. I had a bench and stands in my uni dorm, used to lift at 2am at times. There was this other chad with a similar setup some two doors down the hall, sometimes we would lift at the same time and spitroast the dyel gays and hoes in the middle, good times

just go to gym or get some freeweights for home, idk who made this bench but it does not look like it was made for healthy adult males
the dumbbells on the other hand are legit and won't frick up your floors if you are careful
You dont need that much weight unless you weigh over 90kg

Invest a bit more into two seperate pieces, a bench and a barbell. It's what I did and I haven't regretted it since.
