        they are saying seed oils are bad because it has high levels of polyunsaturated fat, which gives you a shit ton of omega 6 fatty acids. we need those to survive, but they have to be a good ratio of omega 6 to omega 3.
        america's food has so much seed oil that the ratio is out of whack which leads to lots of health issues.
        get as much omega 3 as possible to balance the ratio. olive oil is good, and even canola oil is good (get good quality) since it has high monounsaturated fats compared to poly, which gives you a decent helping of omega 3.
        or just use high quality butter and eat fish

    pizza isn't gonna really be a healthy food unless you severely skimp on cheese and have a thin crust. and even then if you are looking for healthy options why are you looking at pizza? if you wanna have an unhealthy meal every now and then go for it. the point of making lifestyle changes is that you aren't doing it all of the time or to the point where it's detracting from you being in shape.

                I haven’t made them with the cornflakes yet I made them with crushed up rice cakes and the texture was like a McDonald’s chicken sandwich

    Thin crust margartia w grilled chicken, provided the chicken isn't bag boiled full of horseshit filler nitrates. Or thin evoo/garlic/spinach w same chicken. A real white pie is "healthy" compared to most options, but these days a white pizza is just covered in something resembling alfredo sauce.

    Here is how it goes op. If you want low calorie pizza you really have only two options. One is to buy one of those frozen thin crust pizzas sold in every supermarket. They are like 700 to 900 calories. It is very doubtful you could homemake pizza crust as thin as them. Second option is to make your own pizza with cauliflower crust. It is the popular keto choice.
