    I started this week putting down the fork. Not following any special meme diet or tracking. Literally just 3 meals a day and no seconds. Not eating like a slob. Definitely wanna moonch, but a wise man once said, nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

    I’m pretty happy at 14% honestly, but I was right on 50% this time last year so I was pretty happy to just get under 20% at first. Still slowly shedding body fat while maintaining everything else though, so 12% is a possibility if I wanna go for it.

    Biggest appeal to being lean isn't abs or any cope like that its your face

    Some people are blessed with good face fat genes and can bulk a lot before their face looks bad. I literally have tons of face fat until under 15%. I would be in a perma bulk or beer gut if I could keep a decent face throughout it

        Its different for everyone though. I have seen people with visible beer guts have decent face fat still. Some people just happen to store more fat in their face.

        Sadly you can't get rid of isolated fat in one area so the only way to get rid of it is to lose so much weight that your body is forced to get rid of it in your face.

      I'm the same but the silver lining is that you will look younger for a lot longer than those with better distribution, and that a lot of them will look gaunt in older age and would look malnourished if they did make it to 12%. I know the pain though. You can't have it all though unfortunately.

        The first time I did a major bulk it was very impressive I noticed all my male friends respected me more I gained 15 pounds of muscle but the fat I gained made me look worse.

        I got less attention from girls when I had decent muscle then when I was an actual twink. Is 170 at 5'9 even fat like I have no gut but I have no good jawline till 155 about

    There's quite a bit of truth to this. As far as attractiveness is concerned 12%-15% bodyfat is what the majority of women consider to be most appealing. Sean Connery in his prime, Gosling, etc aren't completely shredded.

    It's funny, I recently came to the same conclusion. I've been at the 14-16% purgatory for the last 4 years. After a particularly decadent family visit I think I hit 18. I did OMAD and avoided most carbs last week and I'm down to 17%.
    I ordered some 300 dollar glasses at a store and they'll really look best if my face is thinner like at 12%. They'll come in next week and I want to start wearing them as soon as possible.

    I've decided to cut until I see at least 4 abs.

    My daily macros are 160P/100C/50F in grams, mostly eating turkey, chicken, whole eggs, egg whites, fish, edamame beans, rice, potato, greek yoghurt or skyr, and a bunch of random vegetables and fruit for those micronutrients. I'm 5 days in so obviously seeing no changes yet. I know I'm particularly muscular, thanks to a pulled lower back muscle about a year ago that stopped me training properly for almost 6 months so I'm not expecting to look like hercules, but I just don't like being this fat. Wish me luck bros.
