      I'm 205 and my goal is 190.

I'm 6 feet and told I'd be handsome if I lost weight

Me too but 6'2. I already pull at 205, but I feel like 190 I could drop a size and bulge out shirts.

I made a giant strongman log out of an actual log last summer. Cut out the handholds with a chainsaw myself and put in handles and everything. The material log was way bigger than what I asked for from the supplier, so heavy they had to use a machine to get it on the truck. I cut over 200lbs out of it, and I have no idea what it weighs right now because I can't properly get it on a bathroom scale or anything. I can clean it up to my shoulders, but can't press it overhead yet. Based on the feel of it for the clean it's still somewhere 200-250lbs but hard to tell.

By the end of this year I want to be able to press it. It's sitting outside my back door making fun of me for not being able to lift it. Hard part is I work out in my home gym and the ceiling is 8 feet which is too low for me to do standing overhead work with intermediary barbells weights, so I'm gonna have to drag my bar and plates outside this winter to set up overhead work.

Have you read The Master and the Margarita? Jorden Paterson recommended it in some random clip I watched IIRC and just the other day a hairy feminist I know said it was one of her favorite books so there must be something there.

Listen up morons trying to get to 175lbs at 6 feet tall, don't do it. I went from 225 to 182 and my lifts plateaud super early and I robbed myself of a lot of progress and size because I was too focused on the scale numbers.

I'm back at 206 and trying to hit 220 by March. 6'3. I'll cut back down once I hit that and my 2/3/4/5 goals. Being sub 200 at 6 feet looks like shit.

I don't have resolutions because that's gay. I do want to be able to do a pull-up by 2024 though. Right now I'm cutting, down to 260 from 270 beginning of December so that's a good start.

Was an alcoholic from 2020 to end of 2021. Cut back heavy on alcohol and started to run and bike 4-7 times a week again. Finally below 7 min mile, again. After Christmas I started going to the gym again. My goal is to put as much effort into lifting as I was into running and biking.

Finally stop being pathetic. Not a new years resolution though, it got cold and work was busy from November to December too much for me to be as consistent at 4-7 / week.

According to my calculations I will be able to squat 200kg within the year if I make fast progress. So, my intention is to take care of my body well enough that I can achieve this goal.

Perfect my front lever and get more than lmao1 Handstand pushup, also making sure there's no grinding joints.

Getting some adjustable dumbbells might help
