    I brought bench and squat to 3pl8 and haven’t bothered to increase it further

    Ive been enjoying great aesthetic gains with a PPL routine and it’s so simple and I feel so good that don’t see the point of risking injury chasing numbers (even more so since I don’t even compete at meets or anything.
