What are your best/favorite high protein low cal meals?
Nothing wrong with a protein shake, but some days I prefer something solid.
Try to keep in in the 50-100g of protein range with under 800 cals.

I don't really have set meals but one combo I keep coming back to is
Chicken breast + cabbage + sour cream tzatziki sauce + onion + cucumber
It's basically just a diet gyros plate but it tastes good, lot of protein and great macros.

i just eat my normal meal with a side of deli sliced meat, usually ham or turkey
Get a precooked ham, slice off ~1/4'' thick and pan fry in it's own fat till dark. Deglaze with a cuple ounces of water or wine if you feel fancy. Sides if you like, I prefer pickles and rice or eggs but I'm a high energy expenditure gay and don't care about carbs.

Any lean protein with roasted veggies is bretty good. Tonight I had pan seared tuna with a good portion of roasted veggies and cauliflower rice, shit was so damn gas.
300g Tuna Filet @ 460~ kcal (including the oil to cook it in)
Roasted veggies @ idk around 200 with oil
3/4 cup Cauliflower rice @ 80cal
Altogether around 90g of protein 740kcal
Ranch flavored unsweetned lowfat Greek yogurt based sauce on top of chicken and green beans.
It's all you need, it's all you will ever need.

Literally takes 2 minutes to rub a steak with oil and garlic; then you just put it back in the fridge and take it out half an hour before it's time to cook
The actual work time for this is less than 15 minutes, other than that it just has to stand around in the open and the fridge.

Cottage cheese + fruit

200g cottage cheese
30-50g frozen blueberry
1 banana (small to medium, 70-100g)
7-15g low cal sweetener (if you must, not necessary) like a strawberry and banana squeeze it smoothie or wahtever
put it in a bowl, wait for the blueberries to warm up a little so they become soft, mix it with the cottage cheese, swirl it around, add chopped banana, mixed it up, then add sweetener, mix it up. Colour turns like blue/pink or whatever and tastes really good.
You can also add 100-200g yogurt to it but that increases calories. You still get 30-50g prot for less then 500cal i think. But you can always double the ingredients.
This is is just the base mix that i use, as i found the taste to be best with these amount of ingredients.

Also I just realized how much my protein revolves around dairy. Kefir (low sugar brands), cottage cheese, protein shakes obvs. Protein break, cookies, etc can be really good. As much as people shit on them, Ben and Larry or whatever protein cookies with a protein shake is literal milk and cookies and it's delicious with fantastic macros.

Kek, you're right. It appears that was in 2017 so presumably their macros are accurate now -- however the payout was only $5 million so it may be more profitable to continue lying about macros despite the risk of a second lawsuit.
Regardless, I used to buy them on clearance while a delivery driver, haven't had em in a year or two. Lenny and Larry aside; protein cookie and protein shake is delicious

Put just enough butter in the cast iron to make it look wet (typically 5 grams or less), smash a garlic clove, dice it, and yeet it in there with black pepper and whatever fresh spices you have. 30 grams of mushrooms, 100 grams celery, 300 grams zuchinni and bell peppers (frozen when out of season, fresh when I can), top with 200 grams meat (venison is the best, but I don't kill enough deer to eat venison every day).
Serve with a small baked potato, a small amount of rice, or a sourdough dinner roll.

As long as you don't care that much about carb content you can make a frick ton of recipes under 800kcal and 50-100g protein.
Legit any baking recipe would even work (as long as you use protein powder and don't care they come out more dry than normal).
I like to make protein brownies. I just follow the browny recipe from Tasty and replace as much as I can with low/no-kcal versions. I usually make an entire plate of brownies under 1000kcal with 70g+ of protein, but you can tweak this by modifying the recipe a bit and using whatever you want.
To help:
Instead of butter I use applesauce
Instead of flour I use almond flour or oats I put in the blender to make oat flour
Instead of sugar I use stevia
Instead of melted chocolate I use 0kcal chocolate syrup
Instead of chocolate I use flavored protein powder (this isn't ideal though because its what makes protein brownies more dry, but just add a bit of greek yoghurt, quark or milk or something)
And if you don't like brownies honestly anything would work as long as you add protein powder for the gainz lol (honestly something like apple or lemon cake would probably be healthier). 1 banana + 2 eggs makes a batch of banana pancake batter. Multiply by how much batter you want (as 1 batch would give you about 240kcal 13g protein).
Final tip: check out pernilla stryker. she might seem like your average stacy but her low kcal recipes are surprisingly good

I make a salad with mexican seasoning chicken, onion, spring greens, corn, black beans, salsa, guac, sour cream, cheese whatever else. Put it in a low carb wrap not to be low carb tortilla but they're just so much lower calorie and so much higher fiber than normal ones. I feel pretty full eating one of those a day with some soup or cottage cheese. The way I make it is about 80-100 grams of protein with and about 600 kcal. You can't really get a whole lot lower than that without just eating lean meat and have it feel like a meal because every gram of protein is 4kcal. I'll eat like 1 of those and some greek yogurt, a scoop of whey and call it a day when I'm extreme cutting coming in around 800-900 kcal and 160 grams of protein for the day.

Anything with eggs, and surprisingly seitan. It's almost pure protein, so 100g of seitan are about 50g of water, 50g of gluten, which comes out to something like 40g of protein. It's wheat protein though, so only 50% complete. Just be aware of that.
Cheap as frick too. Not easy to make well though.

egg omelettes, 1/2 cup of planko breadcrumbs mixed with 8 eggs, makes a pancake like batter, cook them as you would regular pancakes. Put a few drops of olive oil in the pan, and put a few drops in every 2-3 pancakes, should use less than half a tablespoon, you don't have to reoil if you don't want to, but it makes them come out softer if you do.

Alternatively you can use this mixture to coat your chicken breasts in, raises the calories, but only 100 calories are from the breadcrumbs, most are from the eggs. I used to use this to coat my chicken in, but I found I just prefer eating the eggs by themselves more.
Theres some recipes for protein pancakes out there I'm sure that uses protein powder, asides that really its just different ways to dress up chicken, steak, fish, etc.
