I wanna be strong enough to rip gay people's heads off with my bare hands after I lure them into a cheap motel and suck them off.

my lifestyle does not make joining a gym feasible. i want to get strong enough to rip a mans jawbone off with my bare hands using only a home bench, dumbbells, and kettlebells. I just started lifting a few months ago and have started a 4 session routine and am seeing nice results. i dont think im autistic enough to count carbs correctly. anyone know how to figure out nutrition of homemade bread?

12 pull ups. And then muscle ups.
I'm failing to get beyond 8 pullups for years tho....

are you just heavy? Try one of the following

      a. use a pull up assistance machine to work past failure to get more reps out

      b. use some sort of resistance bands for assistance to remove some of your weight

      c. lose weight

      d. after doing pull ups, do more pull motions like a row machine for 4 sets + bicep curls

      e. take 30 seconds to rest and switch to chin ups and just try to do one more

      f. when you cant do another pull up simply jump to the top of the bar and do a slow controlled negative movement a few times

if you can already do 8 of them theres no excuse to not hit your goal if you want it

    - I have big shoulders and back but my chest and arms are lagging so I want to focus more on them to bring them up on par.
    - I don't train abs at all so I want to start doing something about it.
    - Start doing some basic cardio (15-20 minutes of stairmaster after every workout should do).

My only and eternal fitness goal is to OHP ~180lbs with ease so I could throw an average sized man like donkey Kong throws barrels. I don’t care about aesthetic or cardio or any other functional strength.

Main goal is to hit 1/2/3 (4x6).

    Now currently at:

    >50kg OHP (4x6)
    >77.5kg Bench (4x6)
    >115kg Squat (4x6)

Probably can go a bit higher but I take it slow and add weight either 2.5kg or 5kg every 2 or so workouts.

Been lifting for about a month after a 2 year break and wasn't that serious about it back then.
Now have been really on point with diet, use creatine and prioritize getting at least 8hrs of sleep.

    Started at:
    >40kg OHP (3x6)
    >65kg Bench (3x6)
    >80kg Squat (4x6)

        >Pic rel is from November, probably a little bit leaner now
I'm on my universities rugby team, bronco is a common rugby fitness test. In a bronco you start at the baseline and run 20m and back, then 40m and back, then 60m and back, then do it all again 5 times.

You'd be surprised by my size lol, I try to train like a powerbuilder but strength always comes far easier for me than muscle. Only have around 16.5 inch biceps for instance.

it's literally just bench press 100kg.
When I get it I'm just going to work on my hypertrophy.
I'm already hypertrophy-ing everywhere else with a focus on progressive overload and not going over 8 reps so I can gain strength also.

Another objective would be to get lean but I dont want to lose muscle
