    Salads with chicken breast or boiled eggs.
    Rice with chicken breast and some boiled veggies.
    Boiled potatoes with curry chicken breast and maybe some curry sauce? Dont go crazy on the sauce, use it just for taste.

    Spice the chicken breast with cumin seeds, turmeric, curry, black pepper, peperoncino, dried coriander and fry it with a little oil, just a little because the breast will let some water after you cover it. Youll have to experiment.
    You will never want to eat anything else in you life, shits tasty as frick.

      a slice of whole wheat bread with cottage cheese
      idk, like 2 apples if you still don't have 1500 cals

      70g uncooked oats
      325g Greek yogurt
      90g rice again measured uncooked
      200g beef, pork, or chicken thigh
      Spinach, brussel sprouts, cabbage
      Protein scoop

      1/2lb burger (500 Cal)
      1 large sweet potato (150 Cal)
      1 Bun (120 Cal)
      2x slices cheese (180 Cal)
      10x asparagus (30ish cal?)
      You are basically at 1k cal doing this, you can easily throw in some more meat, protein shakes, rice, eggs, veggies whatever you need for your macros
      its extremely easy to do when eating only one meal a day, and I actually struggle to eat more which for me is good since weight loss is more important at my stage than building muscle

      Still hungry with these.

        I don't get people who think they need to eat when they're hungry, if you are eating within 500 calories of maintenance and with substantial protein, it does not matter that you're hungry, just don't eat, jesus.

          If you're a NEET, sure you can manage.
          But people in real jobs need to eat, because working stimulate hunger, and since there's no increasing in resistance it's not helpful for their body.
          Also most food at work place is actually refined sugar shit, so it make them even hungrier.

            Sounds like a cope, if you work a physical job, your maintenance might go from 1800 to 2300, but if you're still eating within 500 calories of that, it doesn't fricking matter if it "stimulates hunger"
            Lifting also stimulates hunger, does that mean I'm going to eat 3000 calories every day despite only needing 2100? No. My point is you just fricking ignore your hunger. YOU DO NOT NEED TO FRICKING EAT MORE THAN MAINTENANCE. It doesn't fricking matter if you work a physically demanding job, it doesn't matter if you run a fricking marathon daily or sit on your ass, if you're eating at maintenance, just ignore the hunger. You can eat more protein heavy foods to help. Its honestly EASIER to ignore your hunger when you're working 8 hours a day rather than sitting on your ass all day.

    I started eating at 1500 since new year for cutting obviously my main protein sources will be meats and eggs, then legumes for carbs(they are also high protein)

    And if I haven't achieved the desire calories I would just drink some milk to complete

    Breakfast could probably be 2 eggs and a 1/2 cup of egg whites eat this with oatmeal with water and some whey

    Lunch eat Salad with chicken breast and use Greek yogurt, pickle juice and lemons for the dressing add a shit ton a veggies to stay satiated I’m theory this meal shouldn’t even be a lot considering the chicken is about 230-250 and the serving size for the Greek yogurt is about 90 calories so with al the veggies and what not at max this will be at least 400 calories

    Dinner
    Eat some fish, talapia or porgies I prefer the later since it’s about 240 calories for 42 grams of protein. I would probably make another salad and maybe have some fruit you could probably stick in protein shake.

    But instead of trying some extreme diet how about you do a moderate deficit and actually work out? Because I promise you won’t stick to this

    What I typically eat at 1500 calories a day

    Breakfast:
    >1 cup non fat milk
    >Lots of black coffee - some servings served with milk
    >Two hard boiled eggs
    >30 grams cheese

    Lunch:
    >Ground turkey taco bowl. 93/7 ground turkey. onion, diced peppers, cumin, spices, etc.
    >cauliflower rice

    Dinner:
    >170 grams grilled chicken breast
    > Frozen broccoli I put in the microwave and then put hot sauce on

    After workout
    >170 grams Greek yogurt 0% fat

    Around 1300 calories

    Skip rice, grains, bread. Focus on protein. If you get under protein, have two light beers or one fancy beer. I eat the same thing almost every day, but I'm the type that doesn't mind. I'm like a dog.

    Breakfast- coffee less than 5cal mixed with 2tbsp of sugar free powdered peanut butter (60 Cals 8g protein)

    Lunch- can of sardines (about 100 cal and about 12g of protein) mix with a cup of spinach and add some sauce if you like (or do what I do drench it in lime juice) add any fruit as a dessert.

    Dinner- by this point at most you have consumed at most about 450-500 calories so for dinner do what ever you want that doesn’t surpass your 1500 limit.

    DRINK WATER THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY I guess plain hot tea and some sparkling water wouldn’t hurt as well. Good luck
