Breakfast- coffee less than 5cal mixed with 2tbsp of sugar free powdered peanut butter (60 Cals 8g protein)
Lunch- can of sardines (about 100 cal and about 12g of protein) mix with a cup of spinach and add some sauce if you like (or do what I do drench it in lime juice) add any fruit as a dessert.
Dinner- by this point at most you have consumed at most about 450-500 calories so for dinner do what ever you want that doesn’t surpass your 1500 limit.
DRINK WATER THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY I guess plain hot tea and some sparkling water wouldn’t hurt as well. Good luck
