My dad had a big stomach too, could it be genetics?

    >eating less and more cardio

You're all fat, even if you diet t9 oblivion, you will still look and feel like human garbage. Literally do anything involving some kind of physical strain, since it's clear you haven't done anything. Lift and exersize to your hearts content. It's impossible for your untrained blob of an exoskeleton to receive any training damage you won't recover from overnight

      >cardio
      Lift dumbass

Not having enough muscle. You need to lift. I looked like you about 3 years ago.

Have you tried weight training for a few months?

ok what does muscle have to do with my belly? also i have read starting strenth and used to work out and benched up to 140 pounds but never noticed gaining any muscle even with protein powder

      >cardio
      Lift dumbass

      >I have tried eating less and doing more cardio.
have you tried actually doing this instead of saying you are

i walked 40 minute everyday for a month and ended up injuring my knee, and i injured my shoulder by praticing nunchakus hitting a cardboard box too hard, my body is awfully weak and bad genetics

SS is garbage. And your belly is because your body fat is high for your weight, because you don't carry much lean mass.

i never considered myself fat. you guys think i'm fat for real?
literally all i ate today was chicken, blueberries, toast, eggs, i don't eat junk food.
i dont know what else i can cut out.

exercise more, eat less slop. simple as. looks like you have an anterior pelvic tilt too, which would make your stomach stick out more. there's stretches you can do that will help correct it if done consistently

          >anterior pelvic tilt
that looks like me. it sounds like youre saying my abs are too weak thats why my gut spills out.

you eat more than you need, even if it's good food it'll still make you fat if you're not burning it. sedentary people, that's you btw, barely need 1000 calories a day

              5'10 165 pounds atm

The slouch is from poor back muscles not ab muscles. Your abs dont do a lot of work, your back is what holds up your neck and holds your spine in place.

would yoga bridges help with my weak back? i like them because i can do them in bed. i hate planks.

        >benched up to 140lbs

That is absolutely nothing, you made almost no progress, of course you didnt notice muscle gain. It takes months and months and months of training at LEAST 3 times a week doing reps to failure to gain visible muscle. Weightlifting will also increase your metabolism and help with weightless, and when you do lose the weight you'll look less like a skinny dweeb and more like a hot guy.

Dont listen to this absolute c**t

Also protein powder isnt some magic potion that makes you strong. Read the sticky and learn how nutrition works.

i get injured really easily, so i started doing 100 rep sets with curling 2kg tomato juice bottles, because i heard it can build tendon strength which i lack from playing video games all my 20s. i torn my shoulder (like i said, i injure easily) practicing self-defense with my nunchakus, so i'm limited to my legs for now. I suck at sticking with a program.

you eat more than you need, even if it's good food it'll still make you fat if you're not burning it. sedentary people, that's you btw, barely need 1000 calories a day

Okay, that makes sense. Eating less doesnt work for me because my resting metaoblic rate is so low i still get fat

        >ok what does muscle have to do with my belly
Fills out your frame making your belly less noticable due to better full body proportions. It also helps to maintain your abdominal wall keeping your guts from pushing out. Exercising also reduces visceral fat(the fat in between your organs), and generally helps your body function optimally. Dont think you're smarter than us, because you have no merit or experience and it shows on your body. There is no shortcut or easy way out.

You are lying to us and yourself. Go read the sticky. Its clear you have no fitness education.

It is not at all genetics by the way. Everyone has potential to be fit. Youre have high body fat because you eat more calories than your body burns, and you have stick arms because you dont have any muscle mass. Both can be corrected with regular exercise and weight training and consistent dietary changes.

Thank you anon, im fatter but also have bigger biceps than you did at 2 months so this makes me really hopeful, the 2 year picture looks great.

Still a work in progress. I've been focusing on biceps more lately. I only did a few sets a week prior and mostly did Chinups and rows as "bicep work". Lateral raises and back work have been a staple for me for looking wider. My chest really sucks but I've been doing more flies lately and it's responding well. Bench ends up being very Tricep dominant for me because of long arms. I'm 6'3 so it and squat suck. Sitting at about 190lbs in the last photo. 175 in the first
