I moved my diet over to 80% more fruits and vegetables and now I don't get acid reflux. Ate more shitty food over Christmas and it came back so my solution is eat cleaner.

If you need tips for what to eat for lunch and dinner I my favorite is 2 cabbage soup:
Bone broth (1 liter)
Medium Potatoes 500g, peeled and halved
Medium cabbage 1kg, quartered
Chinese cabbage torn into leaves
Boil the potatoes in bone broth until done, drop the cabbage quarters cook for 2 mins, turn off heat, drop the chinese cabbage leaves and cover. Wait 5 mins.
Alternatively, if you can't cook, learn to love romaine. I literally just wash the damned things and eat them like a burrito. Don't think about it and it kind of feels like you're eating apples. It sucks, but you deserve it, nobody gets acid refulx by accident.
Eat smaller meals
Wear loose clothing
Raise the head of your bed up 6 inches
Lose weight
If all else fails you can usually get over the counter Omeprazole which is a wonder drug. Chronic reflux can lead to an inflamed oesophagus and raise your risk of cancer so you want to treat it if it remains an ongoign issue

Depends on what causes it; spoiler: a million different things can cause it. For me it was cutting alcohol and late night snacking
I had that and at some point it was so bad that I couldn't even drink water.
What fixed it for me was OMAD for 1 entire month and it never came back. You will look like a skelly dyel twink at the end though so be warned.

Lose weight until you are in the middle of normal BMI. Should fix it entirely.
