It’s not disgusting if you work out a lot but if you’re natty a 6’4 220 guy most likely has 18%+ bodyfat. But at 5’10 you are deluding yourself if you’re natty. Do yourself a favor and cut, not even trying to be a dickhead. I had a pretty decent natty physique but 205 looked far better at 6’3 than 220 and 199 looked even better. 225 looked good at 6’3 on gear, benching 380 with 18+ inch arms and realistically my bodyfat is still like 14%. People especially in the US are delusional about how fat they are
