he's right
care to elaborate with an actual explanation or some sources/evidence?
Learn to use google
burden of proof lies with you
Doesn't matter I dont owe you
pathetic
>evidence
it's called common sense
buddy this is IST not /misc/, anyone here worth listening to isn't going to spend their time to get together a citation list to prove something to some incel who lifts a quarter as much as them since we go off our own experiences and have nothing to prove.
>b-b-b-but the /misc/ sticky says that's a fallacy!!!!
and I'm bigger than the guy who made that sticky so it doesn't matter.
Forgot to add, it's from here
He's so wrong. If you're 130lbs and you're not eating a calorie surplus, youre nor gonna gain weight and guess what? 130lbs is never gonna look jacked
stop posting this weak ass manlet dyel. He was a fricking actor, not a badass. You people really do believe everything they tell you to, dontcha?
Bruce Lee is peak natty. The overall insertions and proportions. Made for martial arts and nothing else.
Proportions? Hes a fricking fridge
how does one achieve this
cut your feet off below knees to unlock midget mode and then starve yourself until you hit ultra long distance runner mode
>EAT BIG 2 GET BIG
only roidmonkeys say this. yes you will have to eat more calories when lifting, but it will be barely noticeable for anyone who is not roiding
you need to wait atleast one year before reposting a screencap, not 4 hours.
thread died before I could reply, it's not supposed to be that kind of screencap post
He's right that you don't need to, and that someone with a half assed diet who exercises consistently is going to outpace someone who eats 300g of protein but barely works out, but of course optimally you should have both a good diet and routine.
Exactly, but you only need to optimize if you're already huge, otherwise you'll be fine eating normally and working out
so you're saying that he actually isn't right at all because 100g is pretty fricking far from 300g and that is indeed the healthy middle groud and in fact the minimum for some depending on their weight, even without working out
you aren't gonna recover let alone build muscle if you aren't eating any protein
>Doesn't this go contrary to all advice everywhere?
All advice everywhere is bullshit because it's just dorks cut and pasting from each other.
He's right. Lifting with a half assed diet will get you more results than barely lifting with a perfect diet. In most cases, you can go as low as 0.65g/lb bw for protein (assuming you're not a fat frick, then you can probably go lower). And anecdotally, I've never paid attention to my diet and I'm almost at a 400 dots.
