    Any beginner routine with a relaxed diet can get you this body type, im assuming he is around 15% body fat. Can take 8 months to a year depending on your time spent in the gym.

    Zoomer here, Lol that was me when I was like 17, not even joking that is literally me in the pic

    Pretty sure back then i basically just did a standard 5x5 barbell routine so like bench squat deadlift row pullups chinups dips

    I think i was about 135lbs in that pic and right now im about 160-165 and still lean, keep at it bros
