    Did you lift when you were a teen? You'll also need decent genetics. I've been a lazy frick up until a few months ago but I lifted a ton when I was a teen and its coming back pretty fast.

    Just lift and eat whole foods, hit ur protein targets roughly and do a PPL 5 day routine for 8 months. It’s not an impressive physique tbh, easy to look like that at high bf.
