        Fry your veggies in a good amount of olive oil and that will help with caloric intake. I'd also suggest making an exception for plain yogurt. It's really good for you, it's a probiotic and it's easy to digest, and can add some good macros to your diet.

            My gf is the same weight and 2 inches shorter, she got abs by just spamming them. She had them noticeable after 4 months.
            I suggest you do the same, keep kcals at maintenance and make sure you keep protein intake high. If you can, do around 4 sets of different core work 5 times a week and try to progressively overload those exercises by 5lbs every week and they'll come in, you don't have them because they are untrained.

              I'm trying to get abs by the new year by doing 100 sit ups every day, 30 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of hula hooping (although I feel like that's just some middle aged mother bullshit, I do it anyway bc it's an excuse to watch YouTube whilst exercising). No real strategy really, will try doing more crunches

                Yeah crunches are better at isolating your core than sit ups, only bring your shoulders just a couple inches above the ground and hold there for a sec, spam the shit out of those, add weight progressively, don't eat like shit, you're already fairly thin, they'll show up I promise

        Anyways, abs are made in the kitchen and not the weight room. You simply have to reduce your body fat through a low fat diet and calorie deficit. But regardless, 6-packs are way harder for woman to achieve because estrogen forces your body to collect fat on your abdominal to support baby. You might never get one

          you dont need abs your stomach looks fine straight men don't like shredded chicks. you can gain muscle on paleo but you're probably not getting enough protein you'll probably need to eat like 10 meals because femcels can't eat much at once. calories are probably not the issue but you can always drink honey if that is the case. but regardless dont worry about it just stop being argumentative and learn to submit if you want a husband.

    Start your day earlier and eat soon after you wake up. You'll have more time in the day to get hungry again and eat more.
    I also recommend just doing intense ab workouts, they grow like any other muscle.
    Weighted Decline sit ups are great for that, and some oblique work helps them pop a little more too.

    My request in return for this info is for you to slide your pajamas down a little so I can see your waistband.

    to build a muscle you want to train it. are you going to the gym? You can either do something like kneeling cable crunches, or you can see if there is a crunching type machine you like. To build your abs you need to let them stretch and squeeze, just like how you let your biceps stretch and squeeze on a bicep curl.
