nothing, aging is a natural process and I look forward to having white hair and being an old coon

Skincare routine, healthy diet(try not to bulk), have consistent fitness routine, try to manage stress, and good sleep. You can only slow down aging process, not reverse.
But for most people I think stress causes a decline in all the things listed.

    Unironically lift.
Also get some basic facial skin care advice somewhere.
    That's all you can do.

Aging gracefully almost always comes down to eating and sleeping well. Pay attention to people in your life you aged like hell. Note the habits they do. You will almost always see a good nights sleep and a healthy meal are used like a cheat meal to them maybe once a week. They may be on medications or drink regularly as well.

I would say stress is the biggest worry. I have seen friends start a new job and age 5 years in just 6 months due to the stress they face. They go from healthy looking hair and no wrinkles to white hairs in a lot of areas including facial hair and few wrinkles or dark circles around eyes

This is true as well. But stress is going to happen to everyone. People that age well go through the same stresses as everyone else. If you can recover from it you can mitigate it's effects which is where the good habits come in.v0hrwy

This is objectively false. I’d been cheated on by 6 females and undergone so much physical and mental trauma growing up that I looked like I was 40 when I was 24. I stopped interacting with f*moids and idiots and I look like I’m 22 again…

You can't gauge stress like that. You cant compare your stress at the workplace to the president's stress at their workplace. Not saying your stresses doesn't matter, I am just saying there are levels to stress

      >Don't smoke cigarettes
This is the biggest meme of them all. Zoomers is the generation with the least smokers and they're also the generation that's aging the worst.

So your suggestion to a dysgenic generation is to add more carcinogens and teratogens to their daily intake

I'm not a woman, nor a homosexual so I don't do that. Men age like wine, embrace it. Just don't be fat.

Tobacco is fine as long as it is cigars or pipes. It’s basically like coffee. Just don’t inhale chemical ciggie paper sticks in your lungs

There's good in vivo and in vitro evidence for these.

        no
but t here's plenty of evidence in favour of vitamin C supplementation and collagen protein consumption, you could probably get all the benefits from just eating more vegetables and glycine rich pork ears/tongue or perhaps even chicken skin

Stress isn't even dependent on environment. Some people have insanely high stress while working 20 hrs a week at retail or at a restaurant. So.e people walk through the fires of hell and don't break a sweat, figuratively.

Sleeping well and eating well are part of it too, they all go hand in hand. Good habits all go together

Will TRT accelerate aging? Or is it anti aging?

Both. It accelerates it if taken when young, and slows it if taken when older.

Something about him gives me the creeps. Like some sort of uncanny valley, he's not human. Me personally I would rather look my age while still remaining handsome then some 50 year old that looks like some sort of early 30's hipster.

Wore some big ass glasses for years and after getting contacts I realized I developed giant bags under my eyes where the glasses rest. I have a babyface but now look like a crack addict without the glasses. It's OVER
