Skincare routine, healthy diet(try not to bulk), have consistent fitness routine, try to manage stress, and good sleep. You can only slow down aging process, not reverse.
But for most people I think stress causes a decline in all the things listed.
Aging gracefully almost always comes down to eating and sleeping well. Pay attention to people in your life you aged like hell. Note the habits they do. You will almost always see a good nights sleep and a healthy meal are used like a cheat meal to them maybe once a week. They may be on medications or drink regularly as well.
>Aging gracefully almost always comes down to eating and sleeping well
I would say stress is the biggest worry. I have seen friends start a new job and age 5 years in just 6 months due to the stress they face. They go from healthy looking hair and no wrinkles to white hairs in a lot of areas including facial hair and few wrinkles or dark circles around eyes
This is true as well. But stress is going to happen to everyone. People that age well go through the same stresses as everyone else. If you can recover from it you can mitigate it's effects which is where the good habits come in.v0hrwy
This is objectively false. I’d been cheated on by 6 females and undergone so much physical and mental trauma growing up that I looked like I was 40 when I was 24. I stopped interacting with f*moids and idiots and I look like I’m 22 again…
>People that age well go through the same stresses as everyone else
You can't gauge stress like that. You cant compare your stress at the workplace to the president's stress at their workplace. Not saying your stresses doesn't matter, I am just saying there are levels to stress
>Don't smoke cigarettes
This is the biggest meme of them all. Zoomers is the generation with the least smokers and they're also the generation that's aging the worst.
sleep 8 hours
avoid alcohol/tobacco
avoid processed foods if you can
drink water
take supplements
skin care products (face cleanser, sunscreen, moisturizer)
no
but t here's plenty of evidence in favour of vitamin C supplementation and collagen protein consumption, you could probably get all the benefits from just eating more vegetables and glycine rich pork ears/tongue or perhaps even chicken skin

Stress isn't even dependent on environment. Some people have insanely high stress while working 20 hrs a week at retail or at a restaurant. So.e people walk through the fires of hell and don't break a sweat, figuratively.
Sleeping well and eating well are part of it too, they all go hand in hand. Good habits all go together
Something about him gives me the creeps. Like some sort of uncanny valley, he's not human. Me personally I would rather look my age while still remaining handsome then some 50 year old that looks like some sort of early 30's hipster.

kek
Wore some big ass glasses for years and after getting contacts I realized I developed giant bags under my eyes where the glasses rest. I have a babyface but now look like a crack addict without the glasses. It's OVER
>What do you do to maintain youth?
nothing, aging is a natural process and I look forward to having white hair and being an old coon
I sleep in a time-proof sleeping bag

Unironically lift.
Also get some basic facial skin care advice somewhere.
That's all you can do.
wow imagine licking her midriff haha

Patrick Bateman's morning routine
Stay fit. Don't smoke cigarettes. Don't drink excessively. That's the best you can do.

So your suggestion to a dysgenic generation is to add more carcinogens and teratogens to their daily intake
Whatever thr frick they're feeding them to make them giants is probably also aging them like shit
>maintain your youth
I'm not a woman, nor a homosexual so I don't do that. Men age like wine, embrace it. Just don't be fat.

Tobacco is fine as long as it is cigars or pipes. It’s basically like coffee. Just don’t inhale chemical ciggie paper sticks in your lungs
Collagen peptides
Lift
Run
Don’t drink
Don’t smoke
Don’t eat fast food
>Collagen peptides
Do these actually do anything though?
There's good in vivo and in vitro evidence for these.
no

sunscreen is the only thing that actually works that you can just do without effort and gain benefits from
Most sunscreen gives you cancers and rucks up your hormones making you a gay troony
Will TRT accelerate aging? Or is it anti aging?
Both. It accelerates it if taken when young, and slows it if taken when older.
Good genes, drinking plenty of water, avoiding poisons (pro tip: you can't), relaxing.

Watch it all and gain immense knowledge. May the fit anons live forever.
This guy dedicated his life to fighting aging and yet he still looks his age
And let that be a lesson to all of you gays. There’s no “winning” time comes for everyone. Your youth your gains your erections your life
Not everyone. This man is 57
Ho is he? Also, asians look younger anyway.
He's also wearing makeup and the image has been altered to make him look younger
Even so, he doesn’t look older than 30
