What do you eat?

Post your grocery receipt or a picture of your weekly haul.

I'm lazy and end up only eating one meal a day. I need to figure out a diet that's healthy, tasty, and requires little effort. I like cooking with a crock pot, but I'm just cooking for myself and get tired of eating the same food for 4-5 days in a row. Is there a lazy person's cookbook?

    Here's what I've been doing
    >Potatos/Sweet potatos
For carbs and filler food. No rice because I heard eating grains is bad.
I sometimes boil them, enough for 3 days. When I feel like I'll fry them. Then
    >read meat/chicken/pork
For protein, it's the easiest to prepare, can cook it together with the taters if I'm lazy or on its own for variation.
I also at 2 eggs everyday at least. Fried or boiled.
I drink some milk and yogurt for breakfast/dessert.
And also I eat some random selection of fruits too for them vitamins
That's about it, don't have a receipt but that's pretty much all

My diet mostly consists of convenience store fried chicken (thighs or tenders), vegetable juice, eggs, toast, and strong zero (alcohol)
Apart from the alcohol it's a cheap way to live

Fruits and vegetables, meat and dairy. Lots of eggs. I haven't had an actual soda in 10 years. I drink diet occasionally. Usually just flavored seltzer water, or tap water. I drink a lot of tea/coffee though. I can't remember the last processed garbage sweet I've eaten. Maybe I'm just spoiled with the Culinary Institute of America being 3 miles from my home...and then having Publix restaurants you can buy bread/pastries in when the cravings hit. IDK. I just had rosemary crackers with cloudberry preserves and smoked rosemary Gouda for an after dinner snack with my wife. It's not an elitism thing, like I'm better than that food, but I've worked in the food/wine industry my entire career and know how that garbage is made. Cheap shlock.

Current diet, been trying to reach all macros recently and am recovering from surgery:

Meal 1: baked potato and tin of sardines
Meal 2: Slice of low sodium Ezekiel bread with mustard, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and "chicken salad", which I make out of chopped chicken breast, Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs, celery, red onion, and garlic powder.
    Meal 3 and 4: Same as 2
Meal 5: shake made from Greek yogurt, spinach, blueberries, and 2 scoops of whey
Also take a supp that has vit d, calcium, copper, magnesium, manganese, and zinc.
    1500 cals total.

    Advice welcome

Let me give some recipes too.

Take your onions and fry with a little butter, add in turmeric, paprika, jalapeños, garlic, then add in diced beef and brown it. Add tin of tomato and half the tin of water, and simmer it for half an hour. Roast padron peppers, broccoli, sweet potato as a side. Genuinely delicious, have with rice if you don't like sweet potato.

I'm not going to go find a receipt or whatever but the typical "haul" for my family of 3 each week is:
    >various lean red meat, poultry, fish
    >various vegetables (inc potatoes)
    >wholegrain pasta/rice
    >flour (we make our own bread)
    >dairy
    >breakfast cereal, oats
    >assorted fresh fruit
    >dried fruit/nuts
we do get some processed foods like fishfingers/frozen pizzas for days when neither of us has the time or inclination to cook but it's rare we use stuff like that more than once a week

I'm a fricking lazy cook so usually ends up like this:
    >2x Tortellini
    >Thai Jasmine rice
    >whatever meat fish is on sale
    >Mushrooms
    >Brocolli
    >3x chicken breast
    >Bacon/pancetta
    >Onions and garlic
    >6 eggs
This lasts me about a week. Get lunch at work once a week and probs skip one meal a week for goyslop. Gf also cooks for me when I'm at hers too so don't buy then.

    Round roasts (batch cook)
    queso to dip roasts into
    aldi halo top ice cream
    liverwurst
    costco protein bars
    Diet soda

I used to be dialed in at around 75$/week but brandon and globohomosexual is fricking that up.
