    Cheat meals are moronic. I could easily eat like 3000 calories at a Chinese all you can eat buffet and destroy a week of cutting. What’s the point? I would be setting myself back a week, so I would actually need to cut for 2 more weeks instead of just not cheating and cutting another week. Seems easier to just not cheat.

                You aren’t burning 1200 calories an hour no matter what that machine says. Everyone knows these machines are incredibly inaccurate.
                Even you implicitly know this when you say “it’s easy”. Something that would be burning half your daily calories in an hour would feel like hell.

    chinese food, chicken with cashews with rice- 1,000
    chinese food, 4 egg rolls - 800
    dumplings - 800

    mcdonalds double quarter pounder - 800
    large french fries - 500

    six doughnuts - 1200
    half a bag of tortilla chips - 600

    total calories: 5,700 calories

      cutting with a high carb diet makes me so hungry its torture.

    I don't do full on cheat days and I never order or go out to eat, but I change some meals to be less clean than usual and I do that quite often. Maybe use a fattier cut of meat, condiments, cream sauce, cheese, etc.. Once I cut I just leave these things out again.

    "Cheat days" used to be a big day long 5000 calorie blowout of fried sandwiches and pizza and cookies and alcohol. Now I just change out the lean dinner meal for a tasty one and have maybe a few hundred cal of desert or beers. It was a big turning point trying to get out of my fatass days.

    I am impressed with people who can stomach a 3,500kcal meal. I eat a whole pineapple on cheat days and thats only 500kcal and I feel full for 12 hours.
