wear sunscreen protection
moisturize your skin
most people dont even do this basic stuff,
i use a product called "skin complexion rescue" which is sunscreen + moisturizer in one, and has the same color of your skin, so i can use it everyday with no issues
avoid smoking, and excessive alcohol
avoid stress
dont sleep with your face on the pillow (its also bad for your back)
use vitamin c serum in the morning
use retinol before bed
Is jojoba oil a good moisturizer? I have read conflicting things on that. Some say its an occlusive so it traps in moisture and others say it has moisturizing properties does anyone know?
I have had recurrent bad facial acne that I now have under control. Here are a few things that I have done which seem to have helped.
Most important:
- tretinoin before bed
- oral antibiotics
- topical antibiotics
- moisturizer
- avoid sun on face, wear sunhat, perhaps zinc oxide sunscreen (most sunscreens make you gay), etc
Still do them, but not enough on their own if acne is bad:
- shower or wash face soon after eating and training
- change pillowcase every night
- wash sheets relatively frequently (e.g. weekly)
- salicylic acid face wash after shaving
- zinc, D3, vitamin A
- avoid alcohol, sneed oils, etc
Didn't seem to help at all:
- avoiding dairy
- astringents such as witch hazel
- benzoyl peroxide
Things which are probably good for skin but which I do not do:
- avoid nicotine (the vasoconstriction can probably contribute mildly to wrinkles)
- avoid stress
- adrenochrome, blood boys, etc
The good news is that once acne clears up, you can probably discontinue antibiotics safely, perhaps lower frequency of tretinoin, be slightly less autistic about sun avoidance.
SA cleanser 1x a week
Adapalene gel every night
Alternative between a light face moisturizer and retinol serum Every morning
Foaming CeraVe cleanser in the shower, never hot water
Benzoyl peroxide screwed my skin up
EVERYBODY IS TALKING ABOUT TRETINOIN BUT IDK HOW TO GET IT? ITS NOT OVER THE COUNTER IS IT?
WHY ISE VERYONE TALKING ABOUT IT LIKE ITS EASY TO GET?
please help me
>milk diet >doing math >an shen ding zhi ling >snorting aspirin
This is a cleverly disguised iceberg chart.
To answer your question sunscreen is the most important thing. The sun is responsible for ninety percent of your skins aging. Moisturize after a shower and before sleep.
My skin elsewhere is fine but my under eye area looks like shit. Anyone know how yo get rid of puffiness/dark circles? I sleep enough, eat healthy and stay hydrated but it doesn’t seem to make a difference
genetics
moisturise in the evening before bed, if possible at least an hour after your shower if you shower in the evening
wash face in cold water in the morning

avoid sun
moisturize
don't make many facial expressions often
>Don’t live.
Moisturizer is worthless.
>don't make many facial expressions often
that's a great way to lose muscles in your face and look like shit in a couple of years
Just dont make the wrong ones.

i cannot for the life of me sleep on my back
trust me i've tried
Its all a matter of habit really. Having the right pillow should help
I sleep on my back but let my head rest to the side, against a pillow
doing math + Adderall feels pretty good
Hell yeah
I don’t understand this political compass
Rightoid freefucks get drunk and smoke weed and eat fish liver oil
leftoid freecucks do krokodil
leftoid bootlickers Stimulate their nucleus basil
rightoid bootlickers do math
hitler was vegan
it's not that hard to understand.

My wrinkles got worse after stopping smoking, tbh. Just fwiw.
wtf is this image
What do you not understand about it

Exfoliator

as someone whos been through severe eczema flare ups and done a lot of research into bedding, this is simply the best set up for skin health:
pillow case / sheets / duvet cover: low thread count (percale) long staple cotton.
pillow filling: shredded talaly latex
duvet filling: sheep wool (heavier), or, alpaca wool (lighter + hypoallergenic)
mattress: done less research here but I suspect latex is the answer
AM:
> Serum with vit C
> Moisturise
> Sunscreen
PM:
> Serum with Niacinimide
> Retinol
> Moisturise
Those treatments are the most proven and you’ll be doing more than 95% of other men.
I refuse to do anything else, the skincare routine rabbit hole is too deep and too expensive.
Taking low dose accutane is amazing for skin

Retinol is over the counter. Just do that.

Dark circles are hot on guys though makes you look all mysterious
If I use sunscreen then I have to wash my face with soap or something and then my skin gets even more oily so I do nothing
> If I use sunscreen then I have to wash my face with soap or something
No, you don’t.
Sunscreen is waterproof
Harsh chemical free foaming cleanser
Tretinoin
Hyaluronic acid
What's the difference between this hyu acid and squeezing a lime on your face?
Moisturizer, Retinol, sun screen and facial cleanser
