What do you guys eat for carbs? I got protein and fat covered pretty easily but I need to eat like 400g+ of carbs to bulk and I’m always lost on what to eat besides rice (which I fricking hate cause it’s bland as hell) or an entire loaf of bread and i want to get some new ideas

Pasta with beans is pretty high in carbs. Just learn how to cook decently and you'll manage to spice things up with rice too. Also bread comes in many different shapes
