    Doing keto on and off. When off, i still don't consume many carbs or sugars. I don't frick with soda or other soft drinks. No bread, will only have a few tortillas with the breakfast. Meat, chicken, fish fillets, spanish sausage, turkey bacon, cheese, and greens.

    Oats, lecithin, honey, milk for breakfast.
    4 eggs for post breakfast, approximately 2 hours later.
    Diced chicken, broccoli, potato and steamed kale and spinach for lunch.
    Protein shake for post lunch.
    Rest of protein shake for pre dinner.
    Steak or beef mince, mashed potato and vegetables for dinner.
    2.5L of water interspersed throughput the day.
    I eat every 2 hours or so and if I am hungry in between meals I chow down almonds and sunflower seeds.

    >turkey cold cuts (real turkey not the turkey orb)
    >rolled oats + whole milk (like cereal, not heated)
    >eggs
    >chocomint builders bars
    >kikkoman instant miso soup (high in sodium but so fricking good in the morning, one packet is only 35 calories and it has bonito powder so its macro split is pretty even)
    >pasta with sauce and spinach (home made sauce, literally just tomato onion garlic salt and pepper)
    >chicken breast
    >rice
    >tuna
    >whatever fruit is in season, but just a little bit cuz too much sugar
    >once every few months I'll get some fast food but I don't really like it any more

    Monday - 2 One protein bars before gym (450 cal 40g protein) 2 scoop whey protein after gym with collagen protein (400 cal 70g protein) 3 salmon + broccoli HEB meals, 1900cal 100g protein, night time snack on strawberries or pickles

    Tuesday-Friday: same shit but change the dinners.

    3lbs chicken and veggie kabobs, 3lbs of chicken drumsticks, chicken mash potato corn premade meals from heb, mac&cheese chicken bbq sauce premade meals from heb.

    Long as I get 3k calories and 200g of protein.

    I don't like to spend a ton of time meal planning, and I don't mind eating the same thing multiple times so I have the same breakfast every day and meal prep lunches. Basically it's....
    Breakfast: Overnight oats (muesli, whey protein, inositol, brewer's yeast, fruit powder, cacao powder, ceylon cinnamon, vitamin d3 drops, honey)
    Lunch: 6oz. meat, 4oz. whole grains, as many roasted vegetables as wanted.
    Afternoon snack: Often yogurt, but could be fruit bars or Rx Bars
    Dinner: No set rules, try to do something higher in protein and with vegetables.
    I also found a big difference in overall energy when I set a target of 30g fiber per day. Pretty difficult with just standard food but very easy if you can find a "keto bread" labelled product. That stuff is dry but not bad with a slice of cheese or hummus.

    Weigh all your food and log it (easy). Wear a tracker that calculates calories out. Snack on things like frozen fruit, air-popped popcorn. Make your own meals. Avoid drinking calories. Optimize your test to keep up your energy, mood, and motivation.
